Great staff, timely, friendly, helpful. The store is clean and the drive through is fun, efficient and always fast! Food is always fresh and stays fresh when we get home. The only complaint I would have is with the produce. The lettuce was very limp and soggy and the tomatoes were kind of flat and lifeless. I had to add my own when I got home. Other than that I love this location and will gladly choose it over the equally distant other location in the opposite direction of our house!

Ordered on App and used the Mobile Drive-Thru option. Order took forever to come out to the car. Scanned the QR Code as directed, but apparently it didn’t communicate to the store that I was sitting in line and after about 15 minutes the Attendant finally checked on the status of my order. I could have went to a dine-in option and got my order faster and probably have it eaten by the time I finally received my order. Not impressed!!! Hopefully, their process improves!!

I did a mobile order and got in mobile line to get my order and waited 15min for it. Still no one acknowledged and yet 3 other cars behind me got their order first. Had to yell out to an associate to get their attention and ask for my order. What’s the point of mobile order if it takes longer then drive thru. The lady brought it out and didn’t even apologized. Will never go to this location again. Will use the Burrows West one. Never had a problem there.

3 negatives in one visit so posting a review. Still love Chick-fil-A but I expect a better experience. 1st they were unable to honor military discount because the attendant did not know the process and told me I needed to swipe my card for the manager to discount it. 2nd I asked for light ice and received what seemed like a cup full of ice for both drinks. 3rd I asked for american cheese and did not receive american cheese.

Walked in around 7 or so onna slow Tuesday morning. I was the only one in line, the only customer in the store.
Someone was crouched down behind the counter, ignoring me. After a couple minutes another guy with long braded hair speaking intentionality feminine took my order.
Not the normal quality experience.
The hash browns were soggy, the chicken bland and the biscuits unbuttered.. the only thing normal about that place was the orange juice!
There was even a woke shaggy haired dude wearing a covid mask LOL….

I highly recommend this location ! I work near this one and have been there at lunch and dinner times. They are always fast, friendly, food is great and accurate to your order. I usually order thru the app but the drive up ordering lines move quickly also. Thanks to everyone there for making great food !!!
