I finally see the hype about Chick-fil-A. I’ve never been here before. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious. From the peppermint milkshake to the gooey Mac and cheese. The employees are very kind, considerate and helpful. I’m so surprised at how clean the inside of the restaurant is. Most places that are as busy as they are, every table would be dirty and the floors would be covered with food and trash. There is not one dirty table in the whole place. They have an employee walking around cleaning the dining room as each person leaves. Fast food places don’t do that! The cashier who took my order and the rest of the staff I interacted with were absolutely fantastic. I will come back just for the atmosphere. Thank you for such a great experience.

This was my go to place! Everything changed with the chicken. New owner, new supplier, don’t know?? I literally could not eat my sandwich after 3 bites! Chicken was rubbery, and hard to chew. Did not taste the same as it used to. Also chicken filet us much smaller than it was in the past. Lost my business. It’s sad because I used to love this locations food!

What can I say, they are so good at customer service nothing bad can be said. They have mastered perfection, delicious food, fair prices, fast and accurate, they never screw up. They need to have a training academy to tech other fast food chains how to do this jobs correctly.

Im convinced these people hate their jobs and us Customers! I love chik fil a but everytime I grab food from here there’s ALWAYS something wrong!! This morning I send my husband to pick up a breakfast order and half my order is missing. They don’t answer calls and the bs Customer Service line doesn’t ever have a rep to talk, sooo I definitely feel robbed! I’m over it.

I went to Chick-fil-A in Malabar rd palm bay, in 2 occasions my salad was saggy and lettuce dark color, the salad was not looking fresh.. I asked them if its possible to prepare the salad at the moment..and the answer was with an aptitude ” it was prepared this morning” “Its fresh” most of the time is not fresh. The lettuce was dark and very moist.. I went to the other Chick-fil-A in palm bay road and they treated me right!
