Had a great dine-in lunch experience at this Chick-fil-A. The servers were very nice, welcoming, and made the atmosphere feel inviting from the moment we walked in. Service was fast and efficient, and the food was fresh and prepared just right. The dining area was clean and well maintained, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Consistently good service and a reliable place for a quick, pleasant meal.

I went to Chick-fil-A for the first time, since it’s known as one of the most loved fast food places in America. Honestly, I didn’t really enjoy my meal—maybe because I’m not a big fan of burgers, or maybe I just didn’t order the right item. The veggies were fine, but the sandwich felt too plain, probably because there wasn’t enough sauce. However, the price was great. Next time, I’ll try choosing one of their more popular menu items. On the bright side, all six of the sauces I tried were delicious—I even ended up buying them separately at Walmart!

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with a recent experience at one of your Chick-fil-A locations.
During my visit, after going through the drive-thru to pick up my lemonade, I politely asked the employee if she could throw away a Dunkin’ Donuts cup for me. She refused to do so. While I understand there may be policies in place, the refusal was delivered without courtesy and felt unnecessarily dismissive.
In addition to this, the overall interaction did not reflect the level of customer service Chick-fil-A is known for. I have always chosen Chick-fil-A because of its reputation for friendliness and professionalism, which made this experience particularly disappointing.
I believe customers should be treated with courtesy and respect, especially during simple interactions that could have been handled more graciously.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve future customer experiences. I would appreciate a response regarding how this matter can be addressed.

Very friendly, fresh food, and clean environment. Wasn’t a huge fan of their peppermint milkshake. Not this store specifically but I do not like when you go through the drive thru and they don’t allow you to look at the menu. Most of the team members will come up to the car immediately and stop you before you get to the menu and ask you what you’d like to order. I might want to try something else or see what different drinks they have and I wined up ordering the same thing every time.

I am so sick and tired of this Chick-fil-A location I spend to much money here since 2023 I’ve been a red member. The chicken gross. Nothing ever tastes fresh anymore it’s annoying I went there today asked for no salt on my fries and fresh food what did I get ? The oil taste so bad today and salt in my fries the chicken sandwich was disappointing and chewy the Mac had no top cheese coating. Like this makes no sense another incident was when there was a whole piece of plastic found in my Mac and cheese and I spoke with the manager Hannah and she said she would handle it I kept calling back and still was compensated. Avoid this Chick-fil-A location at all cost these workers do NOT care that a piece of plastic could’ve been a liability if I really was that person I would’ve took it there.
