I have always loved Chick -Fil-A chicken sandwich but this was our very first time dine in at the Newmarket location. To my surprise it was more like a dine in experience than a regular fast food place. The staff setup a big table for our group, took orders at our table and served the food when it was ready.
Food was great as always but the experience have elevated it much higher. The staff were attentive (even better than a regular restaurant) and special shoutout to Cheryl who was very kind and patiently serving and attending our table with many kids and adults. It was such a delighted experience no wonder this place is always busy. I recommend to dine in if you have time, it is a different experience compare to other fast food chains

Chick-fil-A seems to always be great, wherever you go and this store is no exception. Unlimited drink refills, where even the staff came over to refill them. The food was fantastic as always and if you use the receipt to give the store a review they’ll even give you a free Chicken Burger!

Great experience at this Chick-fil-A! The food was fresh and the service was fast, but what really stood out was Martha. She was super kind, attentive, and had such a positive attitude! She truly made my visit so much better. This is my favourite CFA location now, thank you, Martha!

Breakfast, lunch or dinner, we love this place. Food is delicious and fresh. Some of our favorites are the original chicken sandwich, nuggets and mac & cheese. Staff are polite, atmosphere is pleasant and service is always top notch. Great value too.

MARTHA is a dedicated and kind worker !!! I was waiting in the dining area for a few hours while my fiance was working , The employee Martha noticed me offered me a mint and came back later offering me a drink, I observed her constantly cleaning up the lobby area and checking on her guests . She deserves a raise ! A pure soul like her shows what true customer service is ! The service industry needs more people like her !

Ive gone to many fast food dine ins but. This is the greatest customer service ive ever received out of all of my past fast food experiences. Martha is the nicest employee/person ive ever met really made me feel like im home and offered mints and to refill my drink. Plus the food was excellent and was fresh on my table 2 minutes after i ordered with Rodrigo which was in training and was extremely friendly and patient. Ive never been this impressed, they went far and beyond to make the experience as pleasant as possible and they certainly did. Thank you.

I usually come to this location once a week but never again. Numerous times I have been shorted fries and sauce in the past, but today I left upset. While in the drive through, I told the girl that I wanted the seasonal lemonade frosted. I was charged for a frosted sun joy on my recipe with a .34 cent upcharge. When I got to the window, they told me what I ordered doesn’t exist. I was handed a regular lemonade and told if I wanted it frosted I needed to pay another $2 and some change. That is not good customer service. I should not have to pay additional money to order something on a seperate ticket when I was very clearly not charged properly from the get go due to their own lack of training. I still have yet to try the new lemonade and it’s disappointing how poor this locations service has gotten.

i ordered a cobb salad and asked for no bacon and tomatoes, it came with bacon and tomato, my chicken wasn’t even diced up, the young lady that attended me was in a rush to finish her conversation with her coworkers instead of even attending me. i wouldn’t come back to this location. this is my second time here and they’ve done the same thing. ridiculous i work in the area and just want a quick and good lunch.
