My husband attended the daddy daughter date night & we compared the quality/excellency of the service to that of service youd recieve dining on a cruise! Everything was magical from before they entered the building being greeted outside and red carpeted in. We love chickfila on a normal day but if your wondering about ever attending events they host.. I placed a very last-minute catering order (ordered at 8am for an 11am pickup), and the team was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so kind, prompt, and professional, and my entire order was ready right on time at 11am.
Before I could even pull out of the parking lot, the team realized I was missing two box meals and immediately called me to stop so they could run them out to me. That level of attentiveness truly stood out.

We love this Chick-Fil-A location! For the past 4 months, our bible study has met here. The service is always top notch and food is always consistently delicious. Big Shout out to Krystin and Yamil who serve us weekly, are attentive to our group’s needs and serve with a smile and joy at 6am! Good morning! I am uncertain about the identity of this woman, however, her kindness was truly remarkable. Her empathy and smile upon my arrival at the store were particularly impressive. I had placed an order for chicken nuggets online and was waiting in the store… This woman has black hair, and I appreciated her effort to communicate in Spanish to ensure the best customer service. I was particularly impressed by her energy, and due to her kindness, I am certain I will return to dine at the store again.

Missing items, slow service and every time I place an online order the employees assume I dont want to make changes and end up needing to call over radio to fix my order to still be messed up. Worst Chickfila for mornings. (Lake Mary’s is the best standard for Chickfila and for making customers feel valued. This location does not).

Perhaps the best service from any other Chick-fil-A or any other fast food restaurant. The store was clean and decorated very beautifully. The food was delicious. Service was fast and the team members were friendly and polite. I really appreciated that they go up to your table and ask how everything is doing. They have wifi and I was able to find an outlet to use a charger.
