I’m doing this review because this is getting ridiculous, this is the only location that serves their breakfast so small. I get the breakfast egg, chicken and hashbrown almost every morning they just put the tiniest amount in there. Seriously I pay $5 dollars for it. This morning I got a large hashbrown and it’s barely halfway like common. Every other location serves their portion just right but why this one has to serve it so little. I’m not asking for extra food but what I am paying for.

The service is always very friendly and the store is always clean and organized. The drive-thru line moves quickly and when we go to eat at the restaurant we usually don’t have to wait too long for our order. I have nothing to complain about this Chick-fil-A location, there are several spaces close to the front door, curbside spaces and fast service.

Did not get the standard chick fil a experience this evening. I wanted to order the spicy chicken wrap. (Ive gotten this exact wrap 4 times within the month at other locations.) I was told they could not make it. I’m more upset with the fact that they were under accommodating. I eat at chick fil a for the customer experience. Today it felt like KFC customer experience. Won’t be coming to this store again.

Ordered dine-in while at the restaurant and the food took less than 10 minutes to arrive. Food was hot, fresh, and always delicious. A nice employee then came up to our table to ask if we wanted refills and threw out our trash for us. We love Chick Fil A and this location is great!

Absolutely unacceptable that they have people standing outside in 40 weather in FL, at 10pm, for what? There was no line when I went and 2 perfectly functional ordering screens that never get used. I felt guilty ordering after seeing how cold the employees were, so I won’t be back under those circumstances.

I understand it’s the holidays and I understand it’s a busy time for everyone, BUT the Spanish girl working at the window at 9:30 pm 12/22/25 needs a re training on how to deal with people at the window, multiple things wrong with our order from them not reading the ticket, to having to turn all the way around to get them to fix their mistake. Atrocious service even when going back inside smh. Worst location I’ve been to yet. Only thing good was the food cause the guys in the back.
