This restaurant had my online order ready super quick. The staff was friendly. I don’t have much to say about it since I was in and out. The order was correct and it was traditional chick-fil-a yummy. I was able to take it to the bus stop at the mall and eat it while waiting for the cheap bus to take us to the airport. So it was a great meal before flying without having to wait in airport food lines with sky high prices.

for $11 i just paid for my meal i got served the nastiest driest and thinnest piece of “chicken” ive ever gotten at a chik fil a, then was questioned multiple times whats wrong with it, then had to wait behind everyone elses food to get a remake, then i interupted a meeting with the big bosses to express my concerns of there customer service, wait and food quality, there response that shouldntve happened im sorry and pretty much brushed it off, after i had to take care of the food issues myself

I’ve been to at least 30 different chick fil a locations and never been disappointed like today at this location. Their original chick fil a sandwich had barely any breading and tasted like plastic grilled chicken sandwich. We told the manager and he said this was normal because they were using a new oil. The service was the worst from a couple of employees that had long faces. Very apathetic.

I absolutely love Chick-fil-A their customer service is always excellent. The only problem I had today is the young lady did not tell me that if I switch to a parfait it was an upsell on that and I wasn’t expecting and prepared to pay the price cuz I had only brought in a certain amount of money and I know it was going to cost $13 and some change for the cheddar pretzel combo. Needless to say it came to almost $17 like it jumped almost $4 to order a parfait versus french fries. I find that disturbing I’m not complaining I just find that a little disturbing. I can go to Aldi’s and buy a whole container of Greek yogurt for that price. Honestly I would like to know if the fast food chains are price gouging us. Not saying that you’re doing that. But it’s something to think about I know one thing I won’t go out to eat often. I can get a day-old chicken for $3.97 at Walmart which is I could have got four of them for the price of the meal and that would have lasted me an entire month’s worth of food. Ladies and gentlemen it’s actually something to think about. No I’m not going to really recommend any fast food restaurant from now on I think I am kicking the habit. But thank you for the great customer service and the cleanliness of your place

This Chic Fil A is full of unprofessional teenagers. As I walked in two of the employees were shoving each other around. The blonde guy shoved the other guy into the kitchen door and giggled. Then he came and took my order. I asked for a wrap and a large fry. He asked if I wanted a combo. I said no, just the wrap and the fries. He said, any sauce and I said yeah chic fil a sauce. I paid, waited about 7 to 10 minutes. While waiting all the girls by the drive through werr very busy giggling and playing around as well. When I got my order it was only the wrap. No fries. I said there’s supposed to be fries.. I mean why else would you have given me a wrap, dressing, and chic fil a sauce. I checked my receipt and I guess he had not charged me. The other guy offered to get me the fries, but honestly after waiting about 10 minutes for apparently just a wrap they could of grabbed out of the fridge as soon as I ordered it… if that was just my order, it was like no. I didn’t want something for free. I just wanted my correct items as ordered. There wasn’t even napkins in the bag. Their behavior was extremely unprofessional and off-putting. I won’t be going to this chic fil a again. They definitely do not uphold the same standard of excellence one experiences at most chic fil as.

I can honestly say one i love Chick-fil-A but two this store never fails in taste of food and customer service. Mr Pamela always accommodate my family and I as we are in a semi most nights when passing by and my son and I always drag him to this specific location. She accommodates us in something she does not need to go above and beyond with but does so thank you chick fi ladies always being a place we want to come back to.❤️

They say they close at 10 pm, drumroll please : that’s not true. I arrived at 9 pm and the place was closed, saying only the drive-thru was open. I had taken the bus and didn’t have a car to go through like everyone else. I asked if I could walk through, and sure enough, they said no. I couldn’t get dinner (I was starving) because I don’t have a car. The privilege is unbelievable haha thanks for (???). I’m very disappointed, this was one of my favorite restaurants.
