The service here since you’re in line is wonderful they’re so polite friendly and very knowledgeable of their menu. The food is so good the kale salad really surprised me it’s was tender with a delicious flavor of lime and coleslaw was crunchy, the grilled nuggets were soft crispy and so juicy the diet lemonade you can’t taste the difference, the only thing I was not a fan of it was our fries were cold and stale. Other than that delicious!

Really appreciate the fresh flowers and view at Table 13 on Halloween. Food was freshly prepared. Servers were pleasant. Got refills on drinks no problem. Place was clean.

Horrible location. Would not recommend to anyone I know.

I placed an online order for dining room pickup. Went inside and waited. Was not greeted by anyone, until this one girl gave an exasperated sigh and asked the order I was waiting for. Told her my name and then she just ignored me.

When my order was ready, one of the men grabbed my order, walked right past me and sat it on the shelf. Didn’t call out, “Mobile order for Morgan R” no nothing. I asked to speak to a manager, and when I asked why my name wasn’t called, he said, “We train our employees to put mobile orders directly on the shelf.”

I have never been to a Chick-Fil-A that does that. I visit the University, Fairbanks, and Sand Lake locations regularly, and when mobile orders are ready, they all call out the customer name and hand the order to them.

Between the rude people who work here and poor customer service, I’ll just go to a more friendly location to get my order.

Come on.. it’s Chick-fil-A! They have perfected fast food. I’d prefer lower prices, but it’s a seller’s market everywhere at the moment. I wouldn’t even come here if not for my daughter. We don’t care for waffle fries. We always get a classic chicken sandwich entree only. Not sure what happens to the poor pickle slices. Looks like they wilt from the heat of the fried chicken breast. I simply remove them and if I eat it at home I’ll put fresh sliced sweet gherkins because they taste better and are crispy.

I know better than to go to this location, but I was running errands in the area so I placed a mobile order for pick up. Waited 15 minutes in my curbside spot while I watched them blow through the drive-thru line with remarkable speed. At the 15-minute mark is when I decided to go in and request a refund, and right then is when my order was ready of course. The workers were nice and the food was fine, but don’t bother placing a mobile order with this location, because it’s clearly their bottom priority over the people that drive up or walk in.

Upon having an issue with my food that was delivered and only getting half of my order I contacted the store manager at the time he proceeds to explain he know exactly what order I am speaking about then states he threw the food away. I asked if I could pick up since driver forgot he said no. I said even you after knowing I didn’t get my food and he argues and hangs up on me. He was rude and disrespectful I am not eating from chic fil a again and deleting my account.

Horrible experience! Honestly this is my first time ever feeling this way on a chick-fil-a location my food not only took more then 35 minutes, Also a girl with a braid was super rude. Sad Dinner lol

You’re kidding right? Your breakfast proteins are a scam. $8 for what amounts to 3 oz of chicken between TWO portions? Dry chicken at that. And you did the same with the bacon. One slice of bacon cut in half is not two pieces of bacon. Never again

Staff is polite and fast. Everything here is great except the lack of multiple lanes for drive thru available at some of the newer ones. At the most busy of times the drive thru wraps around twice and layout can get blocked.
