Fist time here. I had Cobb Salad. The salad veggies was reasonably fresh and the chicken crispy. The vinaigrette dressing was good and the crispy pepper pieces made a nice crunchy topping. The staff was pleasant and professional. A nice touch was one staff walking around handing out candy canes to children saying Santa had dropped them off.

The staff are polite, the location is clean, and it is peaceful inside (6:30 on a Saturday night). Traffic is a little bit frustrating to navigate getting in.

2nd time this week I’m pregnant and both times the food was sooo good for baby and I . Love my sunjoy forgot to make it a large the 2nd time so I was sure to enjoy it slowly lol !! From the time we entered the restaurant, we felt important. There was a gentleman at the register with a very nice beard and dark hair today at 12:30. My coworker and I went there to have lunch. This gentleman was so customer service driven. He listened intently, gave us exactly what we ordered And even brought us a cookie as we had lunch three different employees checked on us asking us do we need refills? Is everything OK? Could they take our trash off our table? The customer service today was second to none thank you Chick-fil-A and thank you mystery man that waited on us. I wish I could remember his name. I just remember telling him he was handsome

My truck is too wide too fit in their drive through – I have an offset on my dually tires- I was actually denied service (I went to walk through the drive through) when I was in a massive rush and going to be late to a cheer competition.
I had 2 young girls in my vehicle and they flat out refused to take my order unless I wanted to download an app, make an account, and order through curbside or go inside, and wait in that line ***even though I had already waited through the whole drive through line just to find out I couldn’t fit.
***There’s been maybe 2 other drive throughs in 5 years that I couldn’t fit in.***
There was no concern for my kids eating, no concern for my time frame, no care that I had already waited (like everyone else).
I was sorely disappointed with how they handled the entire situation.
I now have 3 hungry girls (and 2 adults), and we will now be late to make sure they can eat (due to already waiting with ample time to get to comp).
Management here is power tripping and he/she is disabling the employees from giving good service and instead being fixated on policy that doesn’t always suite the situation.

I’ve never been a big fast food fanatic, but i was in a bind today and ended up meeting the greatest Chick Fil A employee of all time. Zak made sure I got the healthiest and most natural options, and made my entire family laugh with his wit and charm. Recommend going there, only if Zak is working!
