We’re frequent visitors to this location! I love this place for its cleanliness, staff, and comfort. Today there were fresh flowers on the tables! The hall was decorated beautifully. A large and interesting area for kids.

I’ve been coming to this Chick-fil-A since I moved here about 5 years ago. Its been 5 stars up until about 2 months ago and once again today.
Service has went from immediate to “whenever they feel like it”
My daughter and I have walked in a couple times before and have stood at the order counter for at least 5 minutes without one person acknowledging us.
I miss the old crew who gave a damn about us when we walked in, now it’s just bratty, self centered, clearly no direction at home kids.
So sad.
UPDATE AS OFTHIS MORNING: Still rude, still disrespectful, especially the 3 working the front and bagging food and because of this you went from 2 stars to 1 star

This is the $13 gluten free option I paid for. No toasted bun, assembly your own sandwich and only 1 packet of sauce. Please. Just don’t even try. This is a waste of my money.

Asked the woman to slow down her speech, she did not. Then when I brought it up to her again, she responded with “sorry we are just really fast paced” I’ve come to this Chick-fil-A many times and I’ve never had an issue with understanding anybody so I was taking back with the woman being short with me

Every restaurant every time. I wish that everywhere I went, was as dependable for service, food, quality, and cleanliness as Chick-fil-A. Whether I am on the beach in Florida or up in Washington state, I can always depend on the same quality meal like no wells. This one was no different, the food was fantastic. The service was great. It was clean and neat, and I just really like dining with you. Thanks a lot.

Love Chick-fil-A. Tom, the manager at this location always stays on top of everything making sure the restaurant is clean, orders move smoothly and there’s always friendly service. (And a combo meal for just under 10 bucks? Nowhere else)

me and my sister went into gulf breeze chick fil a and we were in a stall and got screamed at for not being “family” and when we walked out she was pointing and gossiping about us with her coworkers. it made me and my sister super uncomfortable that this situation happened. wont be coming here again.

Me and my sister were in the big stall using the bathroom and my tiktok was on not even loud at all and some worker girl wearing a grey jacket comes in and says “don’t do that in the big stall it is for families” in a super rude tone. First of all I don’t recall the big stall being only for family use and me and my sister are family so her statement doesn’t really check out. Second of all I’m really surprised that an employee would use that tone with a customer especially at chickfila. Super rude honestly I won’t be back.

The service here is always amazing—everyone is polite, friendly, and quick to help. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming, which makes dining in a nice experience. The food was fresh, but honestly it could use more flavor—it felt like it was made without much love or seasoning. Overall, great customer service and a comfortable environment, but the taste of the food just didn’t live up to the rest.
