Amazing service in a very clean atmosphere. Not crowded and we had our food delivered to us before we had found a table. That chant they sing HAPPY-Whew! So Fun!! Sorry they don’t have chicken salad sandwich anymore but really enjoyed the avocado ranch on the wrap.

The service was just incredible, the staff were so friendly, and I would love to return. As visitors from Texas on vacation, the courtesy given to us was a welcoming sight to see. The restaurant itself was lovely, I had never been in a location that big before, and the interior design was stunning to say the least. Each table had a little plant pot design with the word Destin and the Chick-fil-A logo on the side. It was adorable and we asked a staff member how much it would cost to buy one, if possible. The staff member was so kind and gave us one saying that people would simply steal them and run, so we were one of the first to ask if we could have it, let alone buy it. His generosity deserves more praise than just I can give him. All in all, it was an amazing time eating at this location and I would highly recommend anyone visiting to choose to dine here. To any staff reading this, thank you so much and have a great day!

My friend and I went through the drive through around 7:30pm and both having a bad day until we came across Fin at the window. He greeted us with a giant smile on his face and offered us ice cream. He continued to talk to us with such a positive attitude. He really made the both of our nights tonight and we will be coming back soon!! Thank you Fin for the great customer service.

Refused to make me a veggie burrito because they wouldn’t have enough resources for their chicken burritos? Since when do you decide who eats and who doesn’t? Then when I said if you can’t give me my veggie burrito I want a refund. They said they could not refund. A manager had to get involved. Needless to say my dinner is ruined. Food was good as usual. Was there 30 minutes before closing. Ordered 2 #1s with lemonade no ice. Got our food and left. Pulled into the hotel and realized didn’t have our drinks. Went back to get them. They didn’t make our drinks to begin with. But got them.

They were packed inside and out. We had a big order it was 10 of us. Our food was ready, correct and fresh before we could even sit down! Everyone was super friendly as well!

Came in during rush hour but all the workers seemed so happy to be here and serve us. Madison came by our table to ask if we’d like any refills and came back with the refill AND mints, enough for everyone. Thank you! :))
