The food was absolutely delicious and the staff was very courteous! We will be back soon. I was in Destin Florida this past week for 5 nights along with my husband. I had a taste for some nuggets and that good tasty lemonade. We hopped in the car and drove a few miles from the hotel and found the location. Oh boy, it was theeee best!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Paola and her crew. My son was born on Christmas and for the last 10 years we have always bought him a new ornament for his birthday tree! This year my mom and I went into their establishment on Christmas Eve while last minute shopping and seen this location had ornaments but were sold out. (Chick fil a sandwich’s, my sons favorite) They had two hanging on their lamps and with high hopes I asked for the manager to see if I could buy one of theirs and explained our tradition every year. Without hesitation and a smile on her face, she came around and took it off. She then politely said “ Happy 10th birthday to your boy from the Destin chick fil a crew” I literally felt like the coolest mom knowing he is gonna get this new ornament from I wake up to! Well as promised, I said I’d post it for her to see and hoping this finds her! Thank you so much! He was THRILLED to wake up to this on his birthday tree! Happy holidays and thank you for making my sons Christmas and 10th birthday that much more special ❤️

The Cobb salad has an tire chicken breast – or more !! The greens are fresh & LOVE the Avocado Ranch dressing, gotta get 2 !
This Destin, Florida location was slower than I’m used to…? and it was OFF SEASON for the beach.
Anyway, Chick-fil-A in Florence, KY, helped my sister TREMENDOUSLY with her best friend’s service. L❣️VE YOU CFA !!

Extremely disrespectful staff. They always get my name wrong instead of calling me Jolee they call me Jobi very weird name and when my card declined through the drive-thru the guy instantly said, “alright, it didn’t go through, you have a nice day” instantly assuming I don’t have money in my personal bank and instead of asking me if I had cash on me or a different card to use he was already rushing me out. I was appalled by his attitude I told him well hang on I keep all of my cash in my savings I just need to transfer it then he laughed at me he’s brown curly hair works at the drive thru TALK TO HIM ABOUT HIS ATTITUDE!!

Food was good however went in to use the restroom and a young lady was cleaning. Looks like all she had left was to mop. I had to urgently use the restroom, however, she just looked at me and said bathroom closed. I tried hold it but couldn’t and when she came out again I asked if I could go really quick. She allowed me in, but not without an unfriendly demeanor. Wasn’t called for.
