The staff is accommodating as always. Not a bad value for what you get. I’ve never had a bad meal here and it’s always a safe bet when traveling with littles. The manager was actively tidying up the dining area and asking guests if they needed anything. My kids loved the trash compactor of all things

I had a great experience at the Chick-fil-A in Crestview, Alabama. Even though my order was initially mixed up, the team handled it immediately and went above and beyond to make things right. Brayden (maybe the manager?) was absolutely amazing — polite, kind, and genuinely focused on customer satisfaction. His professionalism really stood out.
The food was delicious and fresh, and the restaurant looked spotless: very clean and well-maintained. You can tell this location takes pride in both their service and quality. Thanks again to Brayden and the team for turning a small mistake into a fantastic experience. I’ll definitely be back!

We were heading home from a trip to Ft Walton back home to Indiana on Saturday September 6th 2025 and we stopped here for breakfast, however we missed breakfast by just a couple minutes. We were okay with lunch instead, however the staff was very friendly and got us breakfast anyway. We were so grateful they didn’t have to do that, they went above and beyond. The kind things people do keeps hope alive that there is still so much kindness left in the world. This simple thing the staff did so quickly and accurately made our day!! Wonderful service and experience! Thanks so much! This Chick-fil-a is the best!!

Where do I begin? Let’s make it shirt and sweet and start with my boy Kyle, the owner, if you don’t know Kyle, switch this location to your main one and you’ll know Kyle. The atmosphere is amazing, everyone is grade A+ Chick Fil A worker.
It does get crazy during lunch during the week and somehow they stop get us through the drive thru in a reasonable time!
I had some any comments made about my car being loud by the workers but it’s understandable; it’s not everyone’s cup of tea. But other than that they have been great and my favorite place to eat. We just need another one on the north end of town

I order the Market Salad with extra blue cheese. Every time I get it, there’s something wrong. I have complained about it so many times— it is a salad, how can you not get a salad right? This time, the fruit is rotten. I got all the way home before I realized it— I shouldn’t have to check a salad to see if it’s edible.

I have put off writing a review but it is always the same thing at this location. The spicy chicken sandwich and grilled nuggets are always small cuts, 2/3 to 1/2 size of other locations. I have gotten it here and other locations many many times, they are always the smaller portion here. Upsetting when it’s the same price. I did google it and it says they cut their own portions at the restaurant stingy is all I can say, taste good though…

I tried to order a chocolate shake and fries at 9:44 pm because I have been sick and sleeping all day, and that’s all I wanted. But unfortunately all of their ice cream products were “down”, even though their sign is drawing you in with the ”frozen treats” tease. I thought Chic-Fil-A would do better than the McDs standard excuse, but I guess not. Same ole fast food BS rhetoric.
And yes, I absolutely am online whining about a damn milkshake right now. Why? Because I crawled my delirious self outta bed for this mess.

Ordered a grilled chicken cool wrap, got home 45 minutes away and opened my bag to find that someone just threw some lettuce into a box and decided to call it a day. Paid with cash so I’m not able to get a refund unless I drive all the way back. Picture included to show I did not order a salad.
