Chick fil A in DeFuniak Springs is a clutch stop when you are on the road and need something fast and reliable. They are open early which makes it perfect for getting out of town without skipping breakfast. The coffee is genuinely great and hits the spot first thing in the morning. The chicken is exactly what you expect from Chick fil A fresh hot and consistently good every single time. What really stands out is the staff. Friendly efficient and welcoming even early in the day which says a lot. If you are passing through DeFuniak Springs or live nearby this location delivers great food great coffee and excellent service every visit.

When ordering they asked me what size i wanted, i said “the largest possible” and then i received fries that didn’t breach the top at all…. they don’t deserve a bad review for this … but they need to know that while I’m not mad… I am really disappointed. Ill get over this one day but some self reflection on the fry packers part is much needed. Maybe an additional day of training… on one of their days off… unpaid. That should do it.

Another location that I won’t be going back to. When this place opened it was awesome having the Mobile Thru lane and has continued being the best Chick-fil-a ordering experience until now. They’ve done as others and went down to one lane for no reason. This means if you order ahead you now have to sit behind the 10 cars that ordered in line. This has always been a very busy location any why people choose to order and sit in that line is beyond me. Today was the first and last day of ever sitting in that line. We asked a team member and they said the change is permanent. There’s little space to park while you wait for your food so vehicles who get their food before you struggle to get out without hitting those who are parked waiting. Took much longer than ever before to get our food all due to this stupid change.
I used to love their salads but the lettuce is often bad so we’ve stopped that mostly. This is a restaurant issue and not this single location. I don’t plan to come back.

This was my first time experiencing poor service at a Chick-fil-A. The restaurant was not busy, yet it took about 10 minutes for my husband and me to receive our food. When we pulled up to the window, we were not greeted or acknowledged. There were multiple employees working, and I noticed our bag sitting on the counter the entire time. Eventually, an employee who was not among the others came over and handed my husband the food.
When I opened the bag, my sandwich was ice cold, likely from sitting at the bottom of the bag on the counter. I was extremely disappointed with this experience. As customers who were just passing through, I hope this location takes this feedback into consideration to improve service for future guests.

Fresh, clean and quick, especially to be such a busy location. Clean restrooms with warm water for washing hands in icy times. Plenty of room for plenty of people, as it’s a bigger location than I’m used to seeing in Florida. I don’t usually review this particular restaurant chain, but this location deserves it.

The service in the drive-thru was ok. The girls inside were more interested in talking about what they did over the weekend than taking an order and same for when I got to the window. I kept trying to get their attention and one of them just kept talking, talking. While a couple of other employees were actively trying to do their job. Same for when I pulled up to order. As far as chick-fil-a service goes, this one is lacking a little.

I usually don’t leave reviews to complain, but this location has changed that. Last time I went, they forgot to add the dressing for my wrap to the bag. This time they forgot my entire 12 count nugget entree. Make sure you check your bag THOROUGHLY if you order from this location.

Standard chick-fil-a food. No complaints. But every single table in the dining room was dirty. Customers were forced to use napkins to wipe off the cleanest dirty table before eating. Parking lot the same, trash everywhere. Disgusting really. Past 7:00 at night so they ought to have at least one employee who could attend to these things. All orders were marked carry out. No option for “dine-in”. Guess that’s the solution to a filthy dining room

I love Chick Fil A. My only comment is the biscuits need more attention.They crumble while trying to eat them. You especially cannot eat them in the car. More is lost than what you have eaten.
