Went through the drive-thru lanes, arrived around 6pm ordered food with a coffee but get up to the window and they had no coffee. Had to wait as they made it on a damp chilly and rainy evening. The food came out cold and the tenders were subpar. If I’m waiting on coffee I should get hot food. My drink was 3/4 full of ice which should be unacceptable for the price you pay for a drink. I would recommend just for the fact they’re better than this. I will say check your meal before you leave the drive-thru.

I normally have a good experience here, but this visit was frustrating. I placed a sandwich order with specific instructions clearly listed, and when I received it, everything was wrong. The modifications weren’t followed at all.
I understand mistakes happen, especially during busy times, but when customers take the time to customize an order, it’s important that those details are checked before handing it out. Accuracy matters just as much as speed.
Hoping this was just an off day, because I typically expect better consistency.

I recently had a wonderful experience at this Chick-fil-A location. The service was incredibly friendly, and my order was prepared with such care. I especially enjoyed the delicious waffle fries, a true classic. It’s always a treat to visit this place, and the atmosphere makes it even more special. I stopped by on Nov 14th on the way home, had a sore throat and a long day so I was exhausted. Layla was in the drive thru taking my order and talked to me made my experience personal and convinced me to get some cookies, and high was absolutely perfect timing because I had just stopped at the store and got egg nog and was gonna watch a Christmas movie when I got home to try and unwind and cheer myself up. Gabe was the one who handed me the order and had made me laugh and we were talking about the difference between Godzilla and King Kong, who I would be more willing to fight and the two staff members seriously made my night that night.
