I recently tried a the new chick-fil-a in Mandarin. It is a great location with the trademark delicious food and amazing customer service. The new design of these stores is meant to have smaller inside seating areas and a larger drive thru. Just keep that in mind during busy times in case you want to sit inside, there is less seating. I’m glad to have a chick-fil-a closer to where I live 🙂

First visit to this location, placed an app order to the normal north mandarin location but somehow the order went to the south mandarin one. The service was meh, felt forced and not paid attention to when I asked to repeat the order. The food was missing items, both fries were half way filled only, the salad was missing the dressings and half way filled as well.

I drive seven miles from another Chic Fil A closer to my home cause this store does it right. The food always tastes fresh and they don’t skimp on filling up the fry container. The only reason I didn’t give the service a five star is because the person working the tables didn’t even bother to ask to refill my drink when generally they do ask.
I dined inside but they have a nice shaded area outside too.

I’d give Chick-fil-A 10 stars for service yesterday because an elderly lady had a flat tire in the drive through and their staff came out and changed her tire for her. And I bet they said, “my pleasure” after doing it. Big kudos to this Chick-fil-A’s staff for doing that!

Chicken was good. But it’s the small things that win or lose a customer: just bought a box of 8 nuggets, but only 7 were in the box. Your store charges almost two dollars on $15 bill – to compensate for credit card use. Your price needs to include it – not add the fee as an up charge. Just lost me as a customer.

During my recent visit to the Chick-fil-A located in Jacksonville, Florida, I had one of the most positive fast-food experiences I’ve had in a long time. Not only did the food meet the high standards that Chick-fil-A is known for, but the overall atmosphere, cleanliness, efficiency, and—most importantly—the exceptional service provided by an employee named Levi made the visit truly stand out.

Just waited in line for several minutes behind an extremely slow customer well several customers on either side of me where serviced and when the line lapsed to one side or the other they did not reroute the slow customer and pull him out of the way or reroute me so that I could be served more expediently finally, when it became evident that this guy was going to take a ridiculous amount of time I had no choice but to leave. This is not typical of the service that I receive at Chick-fil-A but nonetheless clearly demonstrates a issue with their ability to manage special needs customers

Still amazes me how efficient these stores are. Went during lunch rush and still got my order in less than 5 minutes. Fries were very salty today but I’ve also gotten them with no salt in the past
