This is always the place to be for some chicken sandwiches. The kid with the red sweater and puffy hair taking the orders was a little rude inside but everyone else was nice and cool. The sandwiches are good almost every time I swing by and I love that they celebrate Easter and let it be known with out any pressure to take down any signs mentioning it. As always closed on Sunday but a cool spot to grab some food

This Ormond Beach location is always busy with stores wrapped around the building but they are quick with service. They have several friendly employees working the drive thru to get you through quicker. When you arrive at the pick up window your order is ready with hardly any wait time. Store is always clean and staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I just want to brag a little on Mr. Perry in the ormond chic fil a – I swear sometimes I only go cause I know he will be there. It’s truelly a different atmosphere with out. I love walking in there and him greeting me !! He knows my name and when he sees me always says hi! I’ve seen him with other customers and it’s just the same. I see him or hear him and think we would be friends if we knew each other outside of this place.

The food was delicious BUT the service was not the quality we’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-A. We waited over 15 minutes for our food and still had to ask them to bring our drinks. We asked if they were understaffed today and the server responded “it’s a Saturday” with a lot of snark. (I’ll preface this by saying, this is not a joke…) I never heard “my pleasure” once.

Just 2 sandwiches and a large lemonade. Always a great visit… and who doesn’t love a good fresh lemonade? This place is very efficient. Yes, there is always a line, but even if it’s long, they get you through it quickly with outdoor servers to take your order, not just at a service window. It’s always fresh,hot,and correct. They don’t forget napkins or straws or forget sauces. They are never impatient,rude, or stressed. Training and efficiency are their focus with customer service first as it’s priority always. I remember we had one in our mall when I was young, and every single one I have ever been to has been the same…exemplary.
