I am writing to express how disgusted and concerned I am about my experience.
My boyfriend and I ordered food, and when we began eating, he discovered a long piece of hair inside his sandwich. As if that wasn’t bad enough, I then found a long piece of plastic inside mine. This alone is unacceptable but what makes this situation even more alarming is that I am currently pregnant.
Finding foreign objects in food is a serious food safety issue. As a pregnant customer, I am especially cautious about what I consume, and this experience caused me significant distress and concern for my health and my baby’s well-being.
Chick-fil-A is known for its cleanliness and high standards, which is why this experience was so shocking and disappointing. I hope this matter is taken seriously and properly addressed to ensure it does not happen to other customers.
I would appreciate a response explaining how this issue will be handled and what steps will be taken to prevent this in the future.

I was so excited to finally try the new soda frosted drinks, I was expected the soda and ice cream to be blended well enough to drink like a milkshake, but mine was not at all, I would have rather ordered a soda and ice cream separately than purchase whatever you call this. My fries were cold and my chicken was not up to par. They also forgot my cookie I’m not mad just surprise I know it’s been a very busy week in Daytona so I’ll let this go but I would like my food remade.

Kristy helped us and brought our order to the table instead of having to wait the long line. I made sure to order ahead in the app. Unfortunately they didn’t have any chick-fl-a sauce, but she made sure to help us with the sauce that we needed. Thank you Chick-Fl-A for training your employees in having an amazing service with each customer.

Just got done eating here tonight and the service was superb! Lane went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of while eating. He is extremely perceptive of what’s going on in the dining room, you can definitely tells he cares more about people past just being a customer. Good job lane, keep up the hard work!

Drive through service. They were busy, but had people outside taking order making the line move quickly. The person took my order was friendly and seem very experienced. She handle everything right there. I received exactly what I ordered. Their food was hot and delicious. The chicken sandwich was a nice size. It is worth the cost. I definitely will be back.

Of the four carbonated Beverage machines that were present none were operational. A sign on the door notifying patrons of this would have been helpful.
Not charging for lemonade or ice tea because of the inconvenience would have been smart business. I was in Ormond Beach for 5 days and didn’t go back.

Stopped here on our road trip back from vacation. Scott was so nice and friendly! I may have been tired from vacation, but his positive attitude perked us all up. Food lived up to the same CFA quality that we know and love.

Originally I thought I placed an order at the Daytona Beach location where I live and the location I always visit. Instead found out it was Ormond. So I visited Ormond Beach Chickfala on Friday about 2:15-2:30. I came inside with my friend due to the line wrapped around the building. I had placed a drive thru order but due to the line and the fact I was moving that day I was in a time crunch so I came inside to pick up my order. We were very nice asking about the order we were then approached by Ms. Nettie. She was very rude to my friend and I saying this is not allowed, that we must go through the drive thru. Her words were “Don’t do this again.” After this experience trust me I won’t be ordering from here again. Not to mention inside was dead and employees were just chitchatting as well as being on phones. I am a manager at a fast food chain myself. I would never talk to customers like this. Don’t work in food service if you can display good customer service MS. NETTIE. As we were leaving she then went to the other workers gossiping how “We just do what we want.” This definitely changed my perspective on Chickfala as they are supposed to be “family friendly, Christian” fast food chain to visit. I’m very disappointed in this experience I had. As a mother I would have been even more disappointed if I brought my son here and for this experience to have happened. I hope in some way this rudeness from this employee can be resolved as to not happen to anyone else or families.

The whole purpose of placing a large order through the app ahead of arriving so that your food is ready for pick up when you arrive. Their protocol of not starting to prep your food until you actually arrive to feast the whole purpose of ordering ahead through an app. We’ll have to go back to other fast food restaurants for my staff morning breakfast who will actually prepare the food and have it ready when I pull up at the restaurant. This is really pathetic.

Poorest customer experience I’ve ever had at a Chick fil a, and I dine at them a lot. After taking my order (one meal and a sandwich), then attempting to fill up my drink, the girl behind the counter remembered their soda machine is broken. She apologized. No big deal, a little frustrating that I wasn’t told prior, but I’ll get over it. When asked what I wanted to happen, I stated that I only order the meal for the soda, and that I just wanted the two sandwiches. The manager, a really short girl with a mask and extensive eye make up, came over and asked “Do you want a refund?” No apology, no taking responsibility, just straight forward impersonal dialogue. After giving me a refund (apparently on just my drink), I noticed that I still had an order of fries charged. I explained again that I just wanted the two sandwiches. Again, the girl behind the counter apologized, and got the manager. Again, no apologies, no is there anything else we can get you, just glumly asking “Do you want a refund?” It was almost as if she was annoyed with me for requesting money back for products they could/would not provide. Needless to say I hope she was just having a bad day and can get whatever was wrong back to right in her life. Still, it was inexcusable for a company that typically provides top notch customer service.
