Smooth operation and extra runners. Was waiting for several minutes and a manager approached to make sure I got my order. The superstars were Jeannette & Sophia! Thank you for noticing customers indovidually amongst the happpy chaos!
Everyone worked so well together. Kameron you really kept that smile on full blast too! Thank you guys!

Came to this location as a pit stop to get some breakfast. My husband and I chose to dine in but we clearly should’ve chose to go through the drive thru because the entire time they were prioritized over in store orders. I had ordered a chicken mini meal with sweet tea and vanilla ice coffee. It took us forever to get our food (I finally got it after asking for it politely) and it was even packed as a to go even though we told them dine in. The hasbrowns were cold and one of the chicken mini buns even looked raw! (Picture shown below) Then it took another 10-15 minutes to get our drinks even though I saw my vanilla ice coffee sitting out. I didn’t want to be bother or ask for it if it’s for someone else so I sat down to eat. We finally didn’t get our drinks until we finished our food and were about to leave. I was unfortunately right, the vanilla ice coffee that was sitting out was for my order and it was watered down and bitter. By the time we got to our car this stop added almost an hour to our trip so we had been waiting anywhere between 30-50 minutes for all of our items. I would be more understanding if it was busy inside but not that many people had ordered food inside.

Food is always excellent. My main issue is that there was one person running the counter on Saturday morning. He had to take orders, bring to table, and handle pickup for doordash/mobile orders. Chick fil a needs to have at least one other at that register. There is no reason to have one employee strained with that much while that busy. His service was amazing. CFA service as a whole was worse than expected for this location.

I’ve come here a few times now, and just gotta say the customer service needs to be more consistent. Yesterday I requested sauces in the drive thru with my meal and neither the sauces or even the straw for my drink made it in the bag. When I went inside to get the sauces, I was literally ignored by the girl working the front while she made casual conversation with her coworker who was in line. Once I was finally acknowledged by her looking in my direction (she didn’t say a word), I asked for the sauces and left. The food was great, but the customer service is so hit and miss I would rather drive a farther distance to the Chik fil an across town.

So disappointed with this new Chick Fil A. Horribly slow drive-thru and small portions. Waited over 30 minutes for three simple à la carte items.
Not only was the line moving painfully slow, but it felt like I was nickeled and dimed on the order. Only one sauce packet and the ice cream was half the amount as every other Chick Fil A.
Cannot recommend this location at the moment. My hope is that they improve over time. Opening a second lane and giving more generous portions would be a great starting point.

Every Chick Fil A is great. This one is no exception. Whomever hires does a great job. The crew is so polite and professional. In today’s world this is rare so I am impressed when I encounter this type of customer service

By far the slowest Chickfila I’ve ever been. They have two drive thru lanes but only one open at 5:30 during dinner rush. In the one lane that was open, only one person working that lane. Waited at least 20 minutes just to place my order. Absolutely wild. Have never had this experience at any Chickfila before.

Slow service, it is exactly as others have said. Easily the worst ChickFilA I have been to, that includes all states. I am hoping it is just starting issues. Palm Coast already has the worst Burger King in the Nation, let’s not add another place to that list. Today there were no employees taking orders in the drive thru. And my shake had a bunch of cherry stems in it. … And as always … Slow.

Never go through the drive-through here. Took 45 minutes even with not many vehicles. Only one lane for ordering, and the worker who took our order had us pull forward without taking our payment because their kiosk was broken.
