So wow.. Chick-fil-A has finally sold out. Paying top premium dollar for a salad that comes with cold chicken, maybe seven pieces! A pretty much non-existent pinch of cheese and 3 small slices of egg. They give one salad dressing and the size of the salad is a quarter of what it used to be. This is pathetic. And for the love of God… Serve some croutons. NO ONE LIKES THESE CRAPPY CHILI PEPPERS!!!!

I order a family meal and a salad but the salad came without both dressing souses and when I get to front desk they where looking at me and minding their own busines.
I had to wait there 3/4 minutes in order to catch somebody and tell them: hey I didn’t get my dressings.

This is an example of what all Chick-fil-A restaurants should be for a mobile or drive thru experience. Food was cooked to perfection. Service was fast and accurate. The food runner was extremely cheerful and had a great big smile on her face while delivering breakfast. Highly recommend.

I am someone who can’t eat gluten at all. Chick fil a is always very accommodating. Unfortunately, almost every time Ive gone recently, the way they package my food makes it almost inedible by the time I get home. The cheese is almost always stuck to the top of the container they put my chicken in. It’s very frustrating to get home and see my food was deliberately tipped sideways to fit into the bag without consideration of how the food may stick to the container. On top of that, my order today was missing the bacon I specifically paid for. Just very disappointing when I’m paying over $15 for my meal.

I ordered delivery food the food was cold not warm cold. Hair was foing in my mini chicken biscuits. I also ordered the spicy chicken biscuit. The biscuit was so greasy from the chicken and the chicken look like it was refried. It was hard I couldn’t even eat it. I got my food in less than 30 minutes after ordering it delivered by DoorDash and I’m really disappointed

The first thing you notice about this Chick-fil-A is the landscaping and the spotless parking lot. I was in line about 30 second before I was pleasantly greeted and had my order taken. I ordered the chicken biscuit with cheese meal. My drink was a large sweet tea. The line moved along quickly. There was 20 plus cars in front of me and I got to the window and received my order in less than 5 minutes from when I ordered.
The sweet tea tasted freshly brewed and was just sweet enough. The hash rounds were soggy and lukewarm. They fell apart when you picked them up and they did not taste fresh.
The chicken biscuit with cheese was awesome. The biscuit was firm, fluffy, and tasted buttery. The chicken patty was golden brown and juicy.
The whole experience was great except for the hash rounds which appeared to have been prepared ahead of time and left to sit until they were needed.

It would have given way more bc there car ride line was not moving hardly at all. Very unorganized no supervision that we could see. We stuck way out by the shopping center and when we pulled up to our turn, the pictures show why.
Chick-fil-A yall are known for your smooth drive thr and usually it’s top notch, but not today. It wasn’t raining until we got to the workers it started sprinkling. I seriously in shock. We came here bc its close to where we’re going. We litterally got in the line at 5:30p so that we would be gone very quickly. Again it didn’t happen today. We’re still in the line and it’s 5:49p
First time I have ever seen this happen, so I’m a bit shocked.
Final time getting our food is 5:55p. The girl at the window couldn’t find our order, and ask if we did a mobile order Were in the drive thr Zoe, took our card another one took our order. I never give a 3 but the amount of people they had working they deserve this 3. If I were the GM I would re evaluate the night management.

Emerson and Sophie are our favorites! We go regularly and they are awesome. One day a training employee got the order incorrect and billed us for extra things instead of the replacements we asked for in one of the meals. We ordered in person and didn’t have the receipt so we didn’t think they would help to comp it. One of the managers was really understanding and said he would add it onto the account with our phone number. He never did but when we brought it up to the staff we explained it and they comped it and let the manager know! Again Emerson and Sophie are so nice and they’re our favorites as we are frequent fliers
