Very disappointed this is how you treat your customers this is not even worth my money buying fries that are not even full. This is how you give everyone their fries in half orders. I used to work here as the fry man that’s very disappointing to have to go to a place where I used to get up and work for meanwhile I’m paying for chick fil a and this is not even work the two or three dollars on a meal I am very disappointed in you all. I go to chick fil a on the daily and everywhere else I go to chick fil a they make sure the fries are at the top and as well as fresh fries. Makes me not want to go there considering that both chick fil a restaurants in Saint Augustine are both owned by the same person. What a shame.

Cash only, unless you order at a GrubHub kiosk. The quality of the food was not typical Chick-Fil-A. Customer service was okay, but they don’t offer all the normal things I usually get from Chick-Fil-A. Won’t be returning.

I always love chick fil a. It is always delicious and they always have wonderful customer service. The service is always fast and they get us in and out. I like that the place is always clean and my kids love playing in the play area. I love that they deliver your good to your table and get you whatever you may need. Love love love!

The beat chicken I have ever had in my life was at chick fil a, their Mac and cheese is very good and also they have waffle fries that are amazing along with any of their sauces . Definitely recommend this place for you to eat .

I would give zero stars if I could. I do not know what has happened with the service lately. My last 5 trips within the last month has had every order taken wrong. Orders should be repeated back to the customer before you pay for it. Ordered a salad with no blue cheese and extra dressing, get blue cheese with minimal dressing. Ordered the salad again next day, got 2 salads one with and one without blue cheese, no dressing. Ordered 3 sandwiches the next day no pickles, had them fix it at pick up and listen to them bicker about it. My wife likes the grilled chicken market salad, that is the only reason I tolerate Chic Fil A with it’s ridiculous drive through.

The service is all over the place. They hire kids that are clearly not properly trained and have no idea what they’re doing. The US1 location is 1000x better and more organized. This is my first and last time ever coming to the one on sr 16.

the worst chic fila ever.. website says open at 1030.. we call at 1130, they answer and tell us they are open the public.. we get there, pay $15 for parking and walk 30 more minutes to find the hidden store.
once inside we are told they dont open until 1.. agywr sitting patiently for 20ins until they open we are told u cant place an order until the food is ready.. like really?? my family of 4 never claims discrimination but we were totally discriminated against, I guess bc we arent college students.. and maybe because we are the wrong skin color.. thanks for making this a learning experience for my children.. ignorance at its finest.

I hope the Flagler students aren’t running this place or its speaks volumes about their educational status..

We had a late lunch in St Augustine. We were looking for a quick light dinner. On Apple Maps my husband found Cick Fil A near our B&B. Much to our surprise it was it was in the Student Center of Flagler College. We asked the staff if it would be ok if we grabbed a quick sandwich since we were obviously not students. They were very welcoming, and helped us find what we needed. They even told us to sit down and eat, not leave. We were very pleased with their genuine hospitality.
