I rolled my window down to try an just let the gentleman know all I had was a mobile order so the line would’ve went even faster an been no hassle. He deliberately ignored me looked right at me an proceeded to walk towards his manager who had walked outside , instead of a simple excuse me but i let it go. now okay whatever youre getting a new car reader , but when you walked past me a second time an still ignored me an I did have my window rolled down, youre doing it intentionally. Again I remind you there’s no cars other than me an the car infront of me getting serviced. Should I have pulled in the second line? Probably, should he have ignored me? No i was being polite saying excuse me an being patient, I kept my mouth shut as there is no need for confrontation. The dude in front of me was done ordering so he pulled around an I confirmed my mobile , the other gentleman was polite.
So Other than that, my visit was fine, got my food quick because I had a mobile order.
All I’m asking for is for people to have some decency

This Chick-fil-A has declined badly over the years. The staff no longer provide the high-level service the brand is known for — they don’t even say “my pleasure” anymore. It’s obvious that the focus here is volume, not service.
As a former employee of the Chick-fil-A in Fleming Island, I know what true hospitality looks like, and that store still holds itself to the highest standard. Sadly, Orange Park has lost that touch.
Craig Phillips, the store operator, even came out to talk to me and couldn’t look me in the eye. His excuse? “We want to stick to the menu.” That’s a disappointing attitude from an owner-operator who’s supposed to uphold the company’s values.
I won’t be back, and I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
