I decided to get the hash brown bowl today as I have not had it in a while. My mom decided to try it also cuz she never has. We were both extremely disappointed. My mom’s bowl had barely any chicken, she said, and was very small amount of food in it but she ate hers before I woke up so I did not get a picture. But mine is right here, proof of the very small amount given with just bits n pieces of egg here and there (which is actually my favorite part). I’ve always been a huge chic fil a fan but this is ridiculous. Most people can’t afford to eat out these days as it is, then when we finally splurge on something, we get practically crumbs for our money. Smh

Staff was very nice and even though they ” accommodated” my egg and gluten allergy this is what I got for a breakfast bowl. One shredded up grilled nugget that looks like it was from last shift. Really disappointed.

I was having a good time in the drive-through with the lady. 10/10 customer service but when I went to leave I realized I didn’t have straws. I’m not the kind of person to go all the way around the drive-through just to get a straw, so I went up to the door; It was closed. There were people inside not opening the door so I can get a straw. So to conclude I will never go to this Chick fil a ever again…

The service here was so amazing. I walked in and was instantly greeted with so much hospitality you would have thought I was Paul Newman walking into a nursing home. I ordered my food and was quickly seated. While I was seated I met the sweetest girl, Ms. Lauren. We talked to Lauren and learned about her aspirations of becoming a nurse and how she’s been working here to fund college and buy herself a car. People like Lauren are the reason Chick Fil A is such an amazing place. She personally threw away our food and opened the door on our way out. 10/10 experience, would recommend!!!

I love chic fil a, but I thought that customer service was important to them. I find it very unprofessional when employees can’t have control over their attitude. I was not rude to you and I am not familiar with the menu so I didn’t know about what the meal deals included. He was kinda tall and curly headed. Eyes a little too close together with some widee hips. I didn’t take a look at the name. He also forgot my chick fil a sauce.

The Chick-fil-a in Lake City, Florida, has a food truck. And it is a glorious day in Perry, Florida, when they show up! The food truck has a Facebook page where they post their schedule for the week. They often set up at the FUMC in Perry. I went there today and it was wonderful as usual. The chicken on the sandwich had a good coat of breading and was cooked brown and crispy. Be warned, they only take electronic payment, NO CASH! There are multiple signs that clearly state this policy. Thank you Lake City Chick-fil-a, for including our community on your visit list, and thank you, FUMC, for allowing them to set up in the parking lot.

Coming in I was greeted very pleasantly placed an order for a spicy breaded chicken sandwich large fries as large mixed hi-c with sprite drink under the name West… and had been excited to know how attentive the clerk had been with me wish I remembered her name to list; however, it had been the experience that she gave as well her kindness that came with! Let alone my order was in my hands faster than I could’ve anticipated! This is by far the best service I’ve seen in a long time and hoped it continues as well as other companies pay attention not to just the products they offer but the kindness and attention detail which makes clients always wanting to shop and do business with you! Thank you guys so much

The food missed the mark, barely warm and soggy. On top of the disappointing food MY SAUCES were incorrect. I wanted honey mustard and instead was given honey roasted barbecue..i will NOT be back. Way too expensive for the quality and service i received tonight.
