The anticipation for Chick-fil-A at Bradley Park Dr. was met with a rather lengthy wait, which, unfortunately, only highlighted the disappointment that followed. After a significant delay, I was really hoping for that signature Chick-fil-A quality, but the food itself was surprisingly subpar. The items I ordered felt like they had been sitting for a while, lacking the freshness and crispness I’ve come to expect. It’s a shame when the wait time builds up your hopes, only for the meal to fall short. Definitely not the usual experience one anticipates from this chain.

It’s not often that I’m unsatisfied with an order from here, but when I was, chick fil an and Ms. Kaci took care of me the very next visit which meant a lot. You guys stay busy for a reason.

It’s a mixed bag, but several rude experiences. Chick-fil-a was really the last fast food I ate these days and I’m just over the lines, prices being sit-down cost and change in customer service.

Not the best location. Half the fries were twice cooked and too crunchy. Lettuce and tomato was of poor quality. Table was dirty, no one cleaning that we saw. Mediocre meal compared many many other locations we have been to, didn’t get a “my pleasure” despite several interactions.

The second my sister and I walked in, the atmosphere felt OFF! We weren’t greeted by anyone and on top of that we had Debrianna as our cashier. She needs to be replaced and put in the back, not handling one on one customers. We had to ask if she was ready to take our order because she was just standing there looking at us. Very negative attitude, non verbal just used her “Mmhhh” after us Thanking her for taking our order, no “you’re welcome.” Just silence and hair playing with her hair, I will NEVER be coming back to this location, first and last.

I have been at this new location three times and have same complaint about making sharp right turn in the drive thru. It is not easily accessible and needs to definitely change. I ordered mobile and they were confused about my order the last two times I came. One of the workers was about to charge me again for my order and I already paid on Apple Pay. Also I ordered a fries no added salt and got about 5 fries in a really greasy container and a lot of the grease was in the bottom of the container soaking the fries and the bag. The quality and service is not the same as the old chikfila next door.

I love chick fil a and have been excited to try the new location. The service was okay, but I was disappointed with my order. I tried calling as well. My fries were hot, but I only got like five large waffle fries and some crumbs. The most disappointing part was the sandwich. I’m not a fan of large chunks of meat and they usually have the perfect size. This time I got what I can describe as a thickly sliced chicken breast. I was VERY disappointed. It looks like I am not the only one having this issue. I know times are hard, but this is not acceptable. I’d post a picture if it would let me. I got the grilled chicken sandwich.
