I ordered an 8 piece grilled chicken nugget and instead received a 5 piece. They were extremely quick getting my order out which is great except people make mistakes when they are in a rush. Just take your time and get it right so you don’t have complaining customers. Very simple.

We went through the drive through for a quick lunch. The long line was processed amazingly quickly. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with a peach drink that was being advertised. The sandwich was good as expected but the peach drink was very good and very refreshing on an extremely warm day. The rest of our group had some of the chicken nuggets and a chicken sandwich. The food was good quality served quickly and with very good customer service.

Tonight was beyond the best experience we’ve ever had at a Chick-fil-A! We showed up late with 2 families worth of kids ready to play and eat and the Manager let us in even though they had already closed the inside! I came in with a large group at around 7:30. We were quickly welcomed with smiles and greetings. Our orders were taken quickly, and we had our food at the tables in minutes. The manager came to us and talked with our party a couple of times, thanking us for coming.

This used to be one of the most efficient chick fil a but now it’s the slowest and puts out the worst quality of food compared to other locations. Employees are always friendly but great service can only hide the flaws for so long. No reason it should take 40 mins to get thru the drive thru

The food was good and hot but the service on today from some of the workers gave “McDonalds vibes” and we didn’t get that normal Chick Fil A vibes you normally get. Also they left things out on our order where we had to back up to get the missing items.

We stopped by for breakfast today, the hash browns looked like someone just smashed them. I asked for a chicken patty and got this tiny chicken breast that was 1 bit. I have never been so disappointed with the franchise as this. Missed the picture of the patty because the baby ate.

They have work to do to get to Chick-fil-A standard of service. This particular location is consistent in disappointing me. They consistently don’t give any sauce and consistently take too long. Today, my fries must have come from the scraps that were leftover; it consisted of mostly small little really brown pieces, with extra salt. My wife’s was the same. I have pictures, but I don’t see how to upload them yet. The lettuce was old as well. We were both disappointed again with this location, again.

This particular Chick-fil-A is always busy, which is a good thing. The employees are kind, polite, and aware of their customers. I am very grateful for all of them employees taking time out to be patient and kind everything I order from that location.
