Other than the occasional cold fries, Chick-fil-A is usually pretty good. This was not the norm for this location. The nuggets were half cooked and the fries were crumbled. They gave me a diet coke when I asked for a regular coke. I called and the manager said that he would replace my order but I’m just going to take a break from this location for a while.

I had such a great time at this branch! I got their breakfast and I got my meal really quickly and the service here was excellent! The staff were super high energy and friendly even though it was like 6:30am and that was super impressive! I’d definitely come back here

Before placing my order serval staff members walked by my vehicle and took other customers orders before they took mine, I was at the front of the line watching them carrying the orders to the vehicles behind me. I purchased an egg white grilled chicken with cheese biscuit this morning. The biscuit was cut in half missing portions of the top layer. Very hard to eat. It was crumbling in my hand. This was a very sloppy representation of a chic fil a sandwich. I tried to add jam but there really was not much of a biscuit top to cover. ☹️

My visit at this establishment was great! It was a late night snack after a quick chest workout. I got the usual 12pc grilled chicken with a large waffle fries. It’s always good!
The customer service was phenomenal, they were kind and helpful.

I frequent this Chick-fil-A many times. However, this time was the absolute worst experience I had if you’re familiar with this particular location on Manchester Expressway in Columbus, Georgia, Then you realize it has taken a bad turn. They used to have two drive-through lanes now they only have one line for drive-through and one lane for mobile through. consequently, the one lane for drive-through is terribly backed up. Also, the traffic flow needs to be reworked. I believe the only way to do this is to close the entrance on Manchester Expressway because there is no way to get the traffic out of the drive-through, in to the drive-through, and in to the location from Manchester Expressway and out of the location onto Manchester Expressway in a very small area. it is a giant cluster… And I don’t see any other way they can negotiate this traffic situation. Even if they close it off at lunchtime, it would be a big help! Aside from the fact that I almost got into an accident because someone behind me was impatient and went around me and everybody else to get to the drive-through, my order was incorrect. Definitely I’m not sure. I will revisit that location until they seriously take a look at the traffic issue. I’m not the only one who feels this way as the employees have told me that many people have complained about the traffic issue. If they don’t fix it, people are just gonna go somewhere else for lunch.

I swung by this location to get a quick meal after work. I was greeted by smiling faces at the front counter eager to take my order. I then witnessed the Manager Keona (I apologize for mispelling) talk very ugly to the girl wiping down trays. I then noticed something. The employees at the front counter looked very uncomfortable with thier manager. That type of language and attitude is not something I would expect from this brand. In fact, I will be emailing Chikfila Corporate as well.

Used the Mobile Thru lane for the first tome tonight, and never again… I order a Grilled Club meal, with mac and cheese, and a shake (and also ordered an ice water). My mac and cheese as well as my shake were the only items correct in my order. The sandwich had the wrong type of cheese on it, and they gave me a sprite instead of water. But unfortunately, I could not check it until getting home (in Phenix City). I only came to this CFA due to being on this side of town, due to my kid being in the ER all day; and unfortunately could only eat half of my meal.

I ordered no salt on my fries. An obvious option on the menu for health reasons. I was told at the restaurant that by their managers policy is that they do not offer no salt fries. That a rediculous policy and does not take into account the health of the customers. This is the first time I’ve ever had that denied at a Chick-fil-A. It was an option in the app. Please fix this discriminatory policy asap. Very disappointing and I hope corporate address this issue.

Food is fresh and amazing as usual, had some hiccups during my the last time I came through after the construction had finished. The payment takers and people walking the food out got confused with some orders and the payment took a bit longer than usual but I think some of the people were new so I’m not going to dock them for it.
