Usually I try to avoid hitting up food places when they’re in their last 10 minutes of closing but I got off late and wanted to use some of my points on the app.
The food looks and taste great so far considering how close to closing they were and I much appreciate the 3 girls that were working the drive thru tonight with it being as cold as it has been. The girl at the window had phenomenal customer service and work ethic and I really appreciate people that hold a positive attitude especially when it’s freezing out and after a long day.

I went to Chick-fil-A and ordered ten ice cream cones, and when the workers first heard it, they were like, “Oh my gosh!”—it was so funny . Their reaction made the whole moment even better because the customer service was amazing. They didn’t complain or take forever instead, they got right to work and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. By the end, we had ten ice cream cones in cups, and everything looked perfect. It only took about five minutes, which was super fast! Honestly, I really appreciate how kind and quick they were, and I definitely recommend going to that Chick-fil-A!

Always a positive experience visiting Chick-fil-A & this one didn’t disappoint. The lady was super friendly, was excited to see my daughter’s crochet project, & even apologized to the person behind me because I had cut him off. Sorry, mom brain. Food was good & they gave me extra sauces without any up charge.

Drove all the way home just to find out I was missing a sandwich. Tried to call their number and voicemail is full! Hadn’t ate all day because I’ve been busy and was looking forward to my sandwich. Usually they are great and responsive but not tonight!

Food is always delicious, that being said this is one of the busiest drive throughs I go to. If you go around lunch or dinner time expect a wait. It’s worth it though.

My original review is below, but I don’t think Chick-fil-A is above the rest anymore. The Midland store never fails to disappoint me. See the picture of the new pimento sandwich I ordered; wow! All I have to say is, ONCE UPON A TIME, CHICK-FIL-A!

Chick-fil-A is awesome in general, but today was the first time I had to return food. The chicken deluxe, my favorite, was not warm. Almost felt like it was not fresh. Can’t be perfect all the time I guess! Still leaves all the other fast food big names in the dust though.

I literally believe they put maybe 3 fried nuggets on my salad altogether. Left it as is just to show. ♂️

Unfortunately I had to come back and take the 5 star rating down and repost due to people not being able to take a order. We have ask for no bacon not because I’m vegan or any other non ense but because of blood pressure issues and this is how much pork I dig out of my salad. Y’all be careful, even trying to eat healthy will earn you a hospital visit eating here.
