This is a very busy fast food restaurant. The chicken and waffle fries very good. Service was great. Tons of staff. Food order to table was 7 minutes. And it did not smell like old grease, like some other fast food restaurants do.

Myself and family went here at about 8PM last night and was NOT given all of our food nor condiments that we asked for. I had to go back in the store to get a fry that was left out of my bag redeemed from my rewards and none of the fries were fresh! We were exhausted from driving on the road from Florida and was ready to get to the hotel where we were very disappointed. Normally chick fil a always serves fresh food and is sure everything is in the bag for the customer to take away but last night was not a great night for this visit.

Great stop. We stopped here for quick breakfast. There was no line when we arrived. We had already placed an online order and they had it ready very quick. Food was very fresh. There was a very nice lady working the dining area. She was very friendly and welcoming.

My fiancé and I ate here (8/3/23) on our way to North Georgia for vacation. We normally love Chick-fil-A, but our food was absolutely horrible. We both had chicken nuggets. They tasted like they were left over from the night before. They were not even warm. Some of the pieces were so tough that I couldn’t even finish chewing them. Something was not right with these nuggets, and our stomachs felt weird all day. We went through the drive thru and were in a hurry to get to our destination, so we did not return to talk to the manager. We both will not be going to Chick-fil-A anytime in the near future after this experience.

Stopped here on the way to Disney and had a great experience. The bathrooms were very clean and not crowded. Although the restaurant was busy, we waited in a short line to order, and food came out very quickly.

We just left the store on Lakes Blvd as we were traveling thru. We eat a chick fil a where we live in TN often and never had an experience like this one before. We arrived at 10:20 am. The young man in front of us ordered a egg white grille, we then went order a chicken biscuit. The lady, MacKenzie, tells the man ringing up no I am not doing breakfast anymore. OK well then as I order my children. Their chicken nugget for me to go elsewhere the next man in line orders a sausage biscuit and he tells him we can’t and MacKenzie again says, oh yeah I’ll make you one. We looked and asked why couldn’t do a chicken but can sausage and she just grinned and giggled and walked away. That is very unprofessional and I know that us by no means what chick fil a stands for at all!!

We were allowed to bring our 15lb dog inside with her stroller. She snapped into the stroller and it has a mesh top so it basically becomes a light weight doggie crate on wheels.
