The young staff workers look stressed and management getting onto them OUT LOUD infront of guests doesn’t help either.
My experience at this Chick-fil-A was absolutely terrible. I specifically used the Chick-fil-A app because it’s supposed to be more time-efficient, but it ended up taking much longer than the regular drive-through. Cars in the standard drive-through passed me multiple times while I sat waiting.
The issue seems to be the way mobile order check-in is set up. The scan/check-in signs were placed right next to each other and far ahead, allowing drive-through orders to be taken before mobile orders were even scanned in. Because of this poor setup, mobile orders were delayed significantly and completely defeated the purpose of ordering ahead.
It would make far more sense to space out the mobile order scan points so they’re processed fairly and efficiently. Until this is fixed, using the app here is a waste of time. Very disappointing experience.
I’ve gone to this specific locations hundreds of times during my working hours. It was mostly during the day, about 95% until a couple weeks ago.
The day staff get 5+ stars because of their awesome service.
But, the night staff are the ones who treated me strangely.
I waited through the pickup line, which if you’ve ever gone this Chick-fil-A you know takes forever at night, 20+ mins. I watched as they gave 15+ cars their food even though I was 1st in line after the 20 mins.
I could’ve dealt with that.
But, then they pulled me forward and made we wait an additional 15 minutes for the meal. It was a chicken nugget meal. No drink. Just the nuggets and waffle fries.
They marked it as ready in the pickup app right at the end of the first 20 minute wait, yet I still had to wait another 15???
The worst part was they ignored me as if I wasn’t even there. They’ve done it to me twice now and I have no idea why.
It is very important to me to carry myself in a polite and professional manner. Yet the staff on the night shift made that almost impossible. The absolute insane thing is that I have never been rude or rushed them in any way. I waited my turn and then waited multiple other people’s turns.
I do not recommend going to this location during the evening hours. At all.

Dinner, especially after 8 pm? You might sit there 30-40 minutes and orders will come out in random orders. Even as a mobile order, you might be there 40 minutes. It’s frustrating and has been a problem for a few months.
