Good food, as usual, and good people. Like the fact that there’s a kids indoor playground in this place. Kids love coming here to play.

I had an amazing time at Victory Chick-Fil-A last week. I enjoyed the food I received, and was blown away by the service I received. Brett, a employee, tended to every one of my needs and made sure that I received my food on time. I will respectfully insert that I believe that boy needs a promotion! at least a raise! He was awesome and if he were a shift leader or manager, the world would truly be a better place.

Barbara has 10/10 customer service. She has a very positive attitude while maintaining quality service. If anyone should get employee of the month it should be her. I come to this chic fil an all the time and have never received such quality service. The food being good is a given but the service has never been better.

Went tonight to try the new pretzel club. Ordered carry out. Got all the way home only to see that they literally forgot the chicken on both of our sandwiches. My husband drove back and they just slapped some chicken onto the returned buns. Didn’t offer fresh sides or anything. By this time it had been 40 mins since we originally picked up our order and obviously our fries were cold. Bad experience.

The order was incorrect. I paid $40 and you gave me a sweet tea instead of unsweet tea. I called to get a refund and was told to use doordash to get the refund and because it was a 1 item meal they won’t allow. You just wasted so much time. Bye Bye

This location is consistently the slowest and most inefficient Chik Fil A I have been to in the entire country. I have never waited as long for orders at any other restaurant, and the order taking and food prep efficiency is just not there. No one stands outside to take orders even during peak hours. This is the closest CFA to me here and I still don’t come here anymore bc of how poor the experience consistently is.

This Chick-fil-A is the worst one I’ve ever been to. I am not one to write negative reviews but on multiple occasions I have sat for up to 30 minutes in the drive through line. And I have also attempted to order on the app go pick up which resulted in my waiting inside for 15 minutes. Currently I am sitting in the drive through and I have not moved in 10 minutes. I don’t know what is going on in there but if you’re looking for “fast” food steer clear and allow at like 30 minutes from ordering to getting your food.

This has to be one of the slowest Chick-fil-A’s on the planet. It doesn’t matter if you try the drive-through which can take well over 15 minutes to get through, or if you come inside.
