I went to the Chick- filet in Pooler, Georgia. They have a amazing chicken sandwich. Look at the size of this thing bigger than the bun and I took a bite out of it. Very pleased.

Son bought me breakfast home from this establishment at Godly Station 2/16/2026. This place ought to be ashamed of what they sent me as a breakfast bowl not even nothing in there. I usually go to the other by Walmart across from Carey Hillard’s very much better service. Pay attention to what you are serving customers. I live a great distance and wanted to bring this back so bad because it is disgusting, disappointing, disrespectful, unacceptable, unprofessional to be serviced this way when a customer is paying there hard earned money. I really don’t care who made this awful mistake but do better because you played with my money and I’m mad . Customers go where your money is valued , you can be serviced top notch never settle.

Very nasty and unprofessional. Rude. That they don’t give or hand out discount per their ” manager”.. I cannot afford their app to check and see if there are HAND outs there nose running after inappropriate machine use while people dining. What should the medical field stop handing out? What about the USA? Welfare? Workers comp? It’s a handout if you don’t have their app.. Forcing their app..

Although I like Chick-fil-A, this was not my favorite one.
Since I paid with cash, I received change back, some of which were in the form of bills. The man in the drive thru handed me my change, and something else…bills that reeked of cologne!
At first I didn’t know where the stench was coming. It wasn’t until later, when I reached for my cash, that I realized what happened.
It might have been alright had they not smelled like cheap bars and seedy joints, but that’s what came to mind.
So not appetizing.
Needless to say, made my experience at this Chick-fil-A less than appealing.

I normally don’t leave reviews unless I’m raving about a place but I was disappointed this morning when I came to this location to pick up breakfast for my family. First I was informed that the location was out of strawberries which is not the workers fault by any means but was disappointing when all I wanted was the fruit on my parfait. Then my husband had to drive back to the window to get straws for our drinks, minor inconvenience but none the less annoying. When we got home after driving 20 minutes out, to get our food, we realized we were missing an entire sandwich from our meal. Everyone has bad days so I’m not terribly upset but we like chick-fi-la because we know we never have to check our bag and always get great service, today was just not that.

I come in and pick up lunch for myself and two other co-workers twice a week at least from this location and once a week from the DeRenne avenue location. Never had an issue….. Staff is always incredibly polite and orders are always correct. Food is delicious. However the young girl that just handed me my food and the order for my co-workers definitely did not seem to be happy she was working and serving people. If I had not been in a hurry, I would have I said something on the spot. And I hate to leave negative reviews!

The food was good.. but Michaela the African American young lady from the drive thru was rude.. I asked to see the menu since I don’t eat there often. When I asked she just looked at me. My husband knew what he wanted so I ordered for him and the kids first and lastly me so I asked for the menu. She never gave it to me and just kept speaking. I was trying to see it but she kept moving around (it was clipped to the tablet) and looking around so I asked again and again she just looked at me annoyed. So I had to say sorry ima clip it to look at it since I wanted to see the back too and she looked at me like I was crazy.. like mam you never once tried to unclip it for me so I could see the full menu, just moving it around as I tried to see so I had to unclip it myself. That was very rude and then she tried to speak all professional but that was already out the window and it’s how she treated me when I asked to see the menu. I know it’s hot and you’re working outside but try to be nice and take the time xtra step to show someone who doesn’t frequent there (which I said to her too) the menu. Cause I ended up getting something I didn’t want… I really wanted salad but since she was rushing me to move up as I was looking at the menu and making my decision and on top of that sounding rude it made me choose an easy item I’ve had before and I ended up not trying to hat I wanted too. Next time I’ll just go to the other one down the street. Do better girl.

Chick-fil-A used to have the best fried chicken sandwich around. It’s pretty good but it’s about half the size it used to be, every other fast food chicken place has a sandwich that’s two times bigger than Chick-fil-A and actually better too. Chick-fil-A became my least favorite chicken sandwich place.

Beautiful new location. We love Chick-fil-a however you should get what you pay for. If I’m paying $1.70 more to substitute a fruit cup instead of fries, I should get a fair portion. Twice I was given half a cup of fruit. When my husband took it back up the second time, we were told they count the amount of fruit going into the cup. I can tell you I’ve never been to a location that shorts you like this. We got a refund on it. Now I know how they do things here. The attached pic is opening it without any eaten

I went to grab food and coffee before work, my chicken biscuit was good but i was mixing my coffee and it had a LOT of coffee grinds. This isn’t even all of it, just what remained after I poured my cup. Disappointed is an understatement.
