On the morning of 2/27/26, I went to the Eisenhower location and could see both lanes were backed up almost to the road so I jumped on interstate heading to Dunkin and thought I would check out the Zebulon location lanes. I saw that there was a long line but could not assess the mobile lane. I whipped up in there and no one was in mobile drive so I hit my online app order. I was thankful whomever prepared my order gave me more packets of sugar as I had underestimated how many I would need as this was my first cup of hot coffee from Chic Fila. I also ordered a cookie which was warm when it came out. I was so appreciative I got a warm cookie and a great cup of Joe this morning. Thanks so much Zebulon Road location. I appreciate the excellent service.

Gluten Freedom Adventures
Chick-fil-A is a blessing to Gluten Freedom roadtrip Adventures.
My gluten eating family LOVES Chick-fil-A spicy chicken sandwiches, and all too often the places that they love and want to stop at do not have any celiac safe options for me.
A big thank you to Chick-fil-a for the grilled chicken sandwich with the individually wrapped gluten free bun. (It is SO much heartier and more appetizing than a beef patty and slice of cheese stuck to a cardboard box, my only option from another fast food chain.)
And I always ask (because you never know) but the lovely woman at the cash assured me that, “No honey, the waffle fries are the only thing that go in that fryer”… yay!
Always a satisfying stop— for my stomach and my sanity!

My family went through the drive thru to order dinner. Got home and ate my fries while they were hot. I started on my sandwich and immediately noticed it was missing the cheese and bacon.
I called 3 times to resolve the issue without having to leave my home but my calls went unanswered. I did leave a message to call back along with my number but it did not happen.
We returned to the restaurant with the sandwich for a do over! I was not pleased at all with the customer service after being inconvenienced and treated like we were the problem.
Usually when our order is messed up, customer service is top tier ! When you spend more money on your food, it is always nice to feel valued as a customer.

Drive thru was a breeze, love how they have mobile orders separate at this location. Employees were great and brought food out in a timely manner, nothing forgotten. Gave 3 stars just because there was a hair found in my daughter’s sandwich.

This is a pretty run of the road Chick-Fil-a. Unfortunately on my visit it took 15 minutes for a coke to be brought to my table once I placed an order with my phone. The restaurant was relatively slow when the order was placed as well.

Not sure why your scan code system messing up required me to have to cancel my order and leave when you could see the order on my phone and my rewards points were deducted so the order was clearly placed. No way that wasn’t showing somewhere in your system especially when the app says something along the lines of “if you can’t scan the code just let a worker know” I’ll drive across town next time. It’s happened before at other restaurants where I forgot to scan and they could still see the order, name and color of my car listed to confirm so not sure why my order just didn’t exist in your system. Not to mention I was quite literally the only car there so it couldn’t have been many other orders to pick from.

Love the new building! Everything was very fast and efficient. People were nice but i was not asked about sauce, i was not given a fork with my grilled nugs and my grilled nuggets were SOOOO SMALL… like half the size of they used to be.

I come home after driving 5 minutes, I oreders large meals and the fries are half full! The containers are smushed and soggy and cold. I had asked for extra pickles for my chiken sandwich and didnt receive any, not on the sandwich either!
