The next time you order a biscuit here, disassemble it and look at the grease on the bottom half,it’s disgusting! You can actually hear/see the grease bubbles as your finger presses into the biscuit. My chicken was soggy. Unfortunately I was so disgusted by the biscuit I didn’t get the pic of it.After the second biscuit looked the same I just trashed it. The woman that assembled the second biscuit seen the crap she was putting together and obviously didn’t care. The photo below, well that happened during the short time I was in the store when I went in the building the first time to send the biscuit back,the amount of grease that accumulated on my napkin where the hash browns sat was insane!! I will definitely not be eating here again, EVER!!

Our first time at the Warner Robins location. All the CFA’s
hold to a high standard, but this one raised the bar just a little more. DRIVE-THRU experience.. First of all, we agreed.These were the hottest fries and the hottest sandwiches we have ever
gotten at any location. Second, the drive through was laid out a little bit differently, and it was much better! The drive through was not directly beside the building, where people coming out have to cross in front of cars waiting.
At many locations where the drive through is right next to the building, no one can use the parking spaces, including handicapped spaces, because they will not be able to back out for all the traffic.
Next, the two young guys who service the drive through were nice, friendly and polite. Everything you can ask for from a Chick.Fil A employee.
I’ve been going to various Chick-fil-A’s for about 50 years and this was probably the most positive experience i’ve ever had.

While in a hurry for food this morning, I pulled into the “mobile thru” line by mistake. When I realized my mistake I rolled my window down and waved to one of the girls working the drive thru line, and proceeded to ask if they minded just taking my order as there was nobody else in the drive thru line behind me in either lane. Instead of using the iPad in her hand and taking the 2 minutes to get my order, I was asked to pull around into the “drive thru” line just so she could do exactly what she was capable of in that moment. So when I pulled around, I find that her assessment of there being “nobody waiting” was also hilariously incorrect, as there were 3 cars waiting in each lane to leave. All in all it took me 10 minutes to wait to circle around and place an order so I just left and went to McDonalds. Customer Service is a dead art and Watson Chick-fil-A is a prime example.

Went through the Drive-thru and person is standing by waiting to take my order. However, the Menu Board is 50 feet away. How am I supposed to order without a menu? Totally stupid concept! No chance to try something new or different. No impulse ordering here! I’m sorry to be such an inconvenience but I like to review the menu. To top it off they got my order wrong. Please stop saying it was a pleasure to serve me. You didn’t serve me, you just pushed me through your Drive-thru and took my money.

I don’t ordinarily leave bad reviews, but this location needs to tighten up. The food is still great cause it’s chick fil a but the quality control is lacking. Fruit cups used to be filled not 3/4. And this is the second time I’ve got a box of chicken minis missing a nug. That’s just not right. Makes me want to start counting my 12 packs, maybe they’re missing nugs too

The workers at this location are either too incompetent to pay attention to the screen ahead of them or they are just not giving a single damn. Time after time again I have had pickles on a chicken sandwich thats supposed to have no pickles which idk how the hell you mess that up given thats the only thing on the sandwhich you can deselect, but to top it all off your workers can’t even read. Some how y’all managed to put a drive thru order in a Door dash order. I suggest re-training your staff on basic POS functions and how to multi task.

I wasn’t thrilled by anything. They had three employees outside working the lines. One staff member was leaning against the pole waiting on the car to pull up to her. She was very sweet and pleasant. The young lady passing out food was cheerful and smiled the entire time. I was disappointed in the food. None of my food tasted fresh. Fries seemed old and refried for temp hotness. Nuggets were overcooked and taste weird. New store looks good but still needs time for me. I’ll eat at the other locations for a few more months.

Update: I tired out the delivery service here for the first time. Considering I work in the same plaza (one minute from CFA) I had hoped that the food would be fresh. Very disappointed in the fries, some were overcooked and old looking. I’ll give them more time to get quality together.
