I had a mobile order for one meal that was ordered at 10am and was there right after. I did not end up receiving it until after 11.It should not take over an hour for one simple order that was through the app. Not only did it take that long, but I continuously saw people who came in after I was there get their order quicker.

Chick-fil-A is always clean and fast. The food and service are consistently amazing. The only thing I can really complain about is the drive-thru being so close to the road—it tends to back up and block oncoming traffic. Other than that, it’s a great experience every time. I’ve dealt with Nicole multiple times, and she is always great—friendly, helpful, and professional. Definitely one of my favorite places to eat.

Quick run through the drive through before closing time. The fries were not filled up, They were like medium sized fries in a large container. They rectified it after I showed them my half filled box. Also asked for a pickle pack and not only did I not get that, I also got no pickles on the sandwich.

I eat at a few different CFAs in middle Georgia, and this one is definitely my least favorite. It’s not horrible, but some of the complaints I have are:
Items left out of order, given wrong food, half filled large size fries(this happens a lot), order extra pickles and get none at all, the last time we were there they butchered my husband’s name, even though he spelled it for them because the guy looked at him crazy when he said his name was Juan. That particular worker(untavion) didn’t look like he really liked his job, so we didn’t take it personally.

The food was fine and met the quality of every other CFA. The service, however, does not meet CFA standards. I waited for a dine-in order for over fifteen minutes and had to finally go ask for it for them to make it. They have also left stuff out of my order multiple times in the drive-thru, and I have had to turn around and go get it. No issue with food or cleanliness, just the service could be a little better.

i order mine and my wife’s food on the app for delivery. when i got my food at my door i looked in the bag and i was missing two medium fries that was supposed to come with the meals that i ordered for her and me and the reason i ordered on the app was because the wife is sick and i didn’t want to spread what ever she is sick with. i even called the store and told them that i was missing the fries they said they would have me two fries delivered and they still haven’t showed up so i got a felling they are just going to put it on the app as a reward to use because they didn’t want to send someone back with fries for us. the way i see it they should give me some money back since i didn’t get my fries but i guess they rather keep my money

This Chick-fil-A has to be the worst one that I have come across. The employees working the drive-thru are completely incompetent and flat-out rude. Came through earlier today, and an employee named Samantha had terrible customer service skills and was rude in how she provided directions. The Chick-fil-A in Milledgeville should be embarrassed that they train their employees to act so rudely to their customers. I am disappointed and shocked by how we were treated and will not give them any of my services again.

Chick-fil-A is consistent. You get fast friendly service and quality food. Their places are always clean. Today, a store manager was going around to make sure everyone’s needs were addressed. He bussed our table when we were finished. Doing so with a smile and thank us for coming today.
There are two drive-through lanes, and the staff keep them moving. Despite having a rush hour lunch, no one was kept waiting long.
In short, everything was perfect.
