By far the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve have ever gone to. I ordered two bowls of chicken soup, chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets, and a couple of sweet treats. When I pulled up, they couldn’t make the sweet treats which they gave me a card to come back and get one at another day, they never replaced my drinks that they said that they were going to replace. Just handed me my bag and said have a great day. When I got home, the soup was so messy coming down the side of the bowls that it went through the bottom of the bag, and when I went to pick up the bag, it fell apart all in the front of my car!! Not to mention all over my purse! Which is not a cheap purse! Oh, and they forgot to give me all the sauces I asked for. Not sure if you’ve ever had your food ruined, but it does not make you happy whenever you’ve paid premium for drive-thru food. This place is a disgrace to the Chick-fil-A brand.

Quick food for travelers on I-75 at Forsyth. The quality is consistent at every location. Arrived around 3PM for no wait for ordering or delivery of our food. The food was fresh and tasty.

Very nice Chick-fil-A. I loved that they had a place to put back any sauce you didn’t use. They did give us plenty of sauces with our to-go order. We were just passing through so we went inside instead of the drive through. Very quick and fast service.

I deleted my first bad review from months back for multiple reasons, mainly because I thought you had improved. This morning I ordered a bacon egg n cheese biscuit and received an English muffin instead (after waiting 25 minutes) which I hate

thank you Mr Jones for making it right! This is why Chick-fil-A is the best!

This is the FIRST time I’ve ever given less than 5 stars to any Chick-fil-A I’ve visited since reviews could be left on Google. Sad to say, but not only were the waffle fries so hard I could barely eat them, and cold enough to think they were from the day before, but the sandwich was way below Chick-fil-A standards. Lesson learned: Don’t go to this one in Forsyth if it’s after lunch time (my wife and I were there at 2:30 PM)….

So this Chick-fil-A location has a mobile drive-through and a regular drive-through. Please be very careful when going through there because if you make the mistake of accidentally going in the wrong one, they won’t serve you so you could possibly wait up to 30 minutes in line to be told to drive around again and wait another 30 minutes. I cannot believe that they would be so rude to customers and not just take their order and hand them food. As an out of town traveler, they’re right off the interstate and it’s ridiculous that they cannot understand that people are getting off the interstate and are not from the area and don’t understand how they have their drive-through set up. It is impossible to change lanes at the last second and the fact that they were rude enough to tell us that we could not be served and that we had to drive completely back around again is absolutely despicable. Shame on you Chick-fil-A.

The location is super clean and the service is FAST and super friendly! I had a large mobile and they were able to get it out quickly and accurately! My only complaint is that the fries weren’t very full.

The experience I just had was jarring. Chick-fil-A is usually my go-to fast food, and my experiences are nearly always spotless. But this particular location appears to partake in concerning rituals which involve humiliating and disconcertingly inhumane treatment of employees. A worker with disabilities was left outside in freezing conditions to handle orders alone while every other employee stayed indoors. The workers hands were visibly pale and I was concerned for frostbite. I inquired if the worker was alright and his reaction was dismissive and self-deprecating of his circumstances, and when the situation was questioned to management and other employees inside locked away in the heated store with all doors closed, it was met by laughter and mocking grins of the employee and his situation, rather than concern. No employee should ever be treated like that disabled or otherwise, and it raises serious questions about the leadership, training, and ethics of this franchise. I will not be stopping by here again and hope others speak out as much as they can if they see or witness such malicious character.

Best salad in town for the price. If you transfer it to a bowl it is massive. Always good and orders are correct. Shawn is also a great guy! He is always friendly and welcoming. Nice work team!

The food was fantastic. So hot and fresh. I absolutely love this location. They were really busy, yet it took no time at all.
