I had to jump through hoops just to pick up an online order for someone.
Not this location’s fault.
But never the less 1 star.
Do better.
Employees did their best.
Was not able to pick up order.
Went to McDonalds across the street and got replacement food and left within 5 minutes.

Everytime I come here after placing a mobile thru order, I still have to sit and wait for at least 15 minutes for my food! Absolutely horrible. The employees don’t even bother to let you know how long it’s going to be or what’s taking so long. The worst experiences at chickfila!

Food was pretty good but wouldnt come here again for a few months until their staff gets trained. Soda was like water with no flavor and lines took forever

For a business that is strictly drive thru you would think it would be faster then the normal chick fil a restaurant. However, that is not the case with this place. I checked in on the mobile thru at 7:17 we got pulled up to a spot and was told 2 minutes.. 2 freaking minutes turned into 15. I saw cars that came way after me get their food and leave . I get out of my car and walk up and the workers just look at me stupid at this rate I’m livid. She didn’t even know I was pulled up she asked me for my order and name . My freaking order was sitting on the counter I said this is bullshit I can go to a regular chick fil an and get faster better service. The staff here need better training , they need to not look at people stupid after they’ve done pissed someone off and the blonde lady just walking around on the iPad doing absolutely nothing is ridiculous. GO TO A REGULAR FUNCTIONING CHICK FIL A BEFORE THIS PLACE !!!

The entire order was wrong. We live far enough away to not make it worth going back this late at night. The chicken noodle soup looked too watery and smelled disgusting and under half way full.. I get that all the time at the grove town location and it was nothing like it at all. I also ordered a spicy sandwhich with cheese and extra pickles and got a regular sandwhich with zero pickles and zero cheese and we were charged anyways. I get one mistake it happens but why the whole meal?? So frustrating. Grovetown location is way better.

Going ahead and starting the reviews before they even finish building lol. 5 stars because of how fast it looks like it’s going up and for the fact it’s already on Google Maps. I can’t wait for this place to be open because it’s right by my house and conveniently located for so many people.
