This is a very interesting location because technically The chickfila is in the food court but they run a drive through in the mall parking lot. So asking for order corrections takes a bit of time luckily they only messed up my frosted lemonade. Otherwise the wait was about typical as any other chickfila drive thru and the only other issue with this one was the girl taking orders had a nonchalant attitude about getting things right for you.

What can I say… I love Chick-fil-A! This location can get pretty busy during lunch, so I recommend ordering in advance especially for those on time crunch. I am always greeted with a smile and haven’t had any issues when coming to this location – my meals are also hot, packaged well, and efficient service.

Please put more professional people in the drive thru. The brown skinned girl with the twists & yellow glasses doesn’t even properly greet you . When I come they act like they’re mad that they have to get up out of the box and come up to the car to take your order . I went to the “drive thru” at the mall location. I love the concept BUT they need a new location for the “drive thru” because it is literally in a parking space and the parking aisle isn’t big enough for you to sit there and wait for your food. Other than that, the nuggets were great, the fries were a little too salty and the guy that I ordered from wasn’t too friendly. Wasn’t greeted with the normal Chick Fil A friendliness. He took my order, swiped my card, handed it back and literally walked off to the inside of the mall, without a “hold on ma’am” or anything. The lady that brought my food out was nice. If you cannot make it to the Washington Rd location, the concept here was ok.
