Today, I had the Base Southwest Salad, a meat-free option. I love that I can grab this salad in the morning rush hour, avoiding the dreaded lunch traffic. Unfortunately, my order was messed up today. Despite this, I still give it a solid 5 stars because the manager, or whoever was in charge, was incredibly friendly and made sure to fix it right away. Great customer service, and my lunch was still delicious!

My grandfather used to say that everyone was made with just a little bit of stupid. It was the Lord’s way of balance. Occasionally, the Lord would need to make someone really smart, and therefore, someone else really stupid. It was a simple and childish way to explain little mishaps or encounters with ignorant people, a reminder to maintain patience.

Well, Grandpa, the day whoever designed this Chick-fil-A was born, somewhere else across the world a super genius was born. This has to be the most blatant example of poor planning I’ve ever witnessed. I honestly want to give this person help, because they may be a danger to themselves or others.

The car line is designed so that the middle of the line intersects with the store’s incoming and outgoing traffic. That means the north and south lanes are the drive-thru, while the east and west lanes are for receiving and exiting. In other words, you are completely at the mercy of people pulling into the store, deciding whether you get to proceed in line or if they cut right in front of you. So you can either pull into the middle of the intersection, cutting off the flow and impeding traffic or you can let people cut in front of you. That might work in a perfect world where everyone is kind and considerate, but this is Augusta—a feeding ground for the inconsiderate.

To add to that, your food may arrive cold or soggy due to the chaos of the setup. It truly feels like I’ve found the worst Chick-fil-A in existence. The only saving grace is the staff, who remain kind and considerate despite the disastrous design.

PARKING LOT NIGHTMARE!
What a nightmare the parking lot is at this location. I honestly can’t say that I’ve ever seen a worse concept in my 45 years of life. If it wasn’t Chick-Fil-A, I might let it slide … but customers should expect better than this from such a major restaurant/corporation. Upon entering the lot, customers only get about twenty parking spots to choose from. If more is needed, the customer has to enter the drive-thru line in order to get to the rest of the parking spots. Since this is CFA, more than 20 spots are always needed … so have fun waiting in line and then hoping other spots are available. We literally followed a family to their car and waited for them to leave. While we waited on them, we were almost hit by three cars who were forcing their way into the drive-thru line. What a mess!

Most of our food was okay, but I think our fries were made yesterday (they were nasty). My wife and daughter didn’t finish their meals due to the quality.

I don’t think we’ll be back to this location. No, thank you.

The service wasn’t as friendly as the normal Chick-Fil-A experience….
The drive through was fast, easy and convenient.
My 8ct grilled chicken only came with 5 SMALL pieces. Came home and was very disappointed after a long day.

I placed my order on the app and scanned the code when I got in line. I had maybe 4-5 cars ahead of me. I waited for maybe 10-15 mins and during that time the workers came out twice to apologize to everyone about the wait in both lines. When it was my turn to get to the front the people behind me in the same line had already received their orders. But I had not. I had ordered a kids meal and a #1 meal. No customizations. Nothing fancy. I young girl came up again and asked me to move my car up the hill to the parking spaces that is a good distance away. I declined. A different girl came to my window and again asked me to move to the parking spaces. She wouldn’t take no for answer and saying they needed to keep the line moving. She was very pushy and kept repeating the same thing over and over without taking no for answer or listening to me. She asked me pull my car around and get back in line again. As I was speaking to her they yelled from the door saying my order was ready. I got my order and got home. Our fries were cold, my child’s fruit cup that came with the kids meal had stickers still on the apples. Why? Why cold food, what was the wait for? Why continue asking everyone to move up the hill and pull back into the back of the line? Why when the food was ready? Is the fruit even washed before it is send it out to customers? It obviously isn’t checked for stickers.

Ever since this location has opened, the service has suffered immensely. I don’t think I should be waiting 20 minutes for a mobile pick-up order. The workers completely lost track of my order and the fact that several people had come and gone before I ever got my very simple order is infuriating. This isn’t even a rare occurrence. This happens nearly every time I’ve ordered there since it opened. They also forget items from your order sometimes, so make sure you have everything before you leave.

Given the wrong order in the drive thru during a really busy rush. No worries. Drove back around and waited in line again. Was asked to pull up and wait. 15 minutes later I was given the exact same order with someone else’s name on it again. Addressed the situation with a manager who resolved the issue finally. And was offered a chocolate chip cookie for my inconvenience. It took 1 hour and three trips through the drive thru line to get a Cobb salad with no bacon and egg.

Every time I go to the drive thru it is so chaotic. It always takes wayyyyyyyy too long to even get my food from the drive thru, yesterday when I went to visit it’s took exactly 16 minutes to get my food (yes I timed it because I was curious how long they generally make me wait, because every time it’s a long wait). There are way better chick fil as in the area and this one is definitely the worst.

Stood in line for 10 minutes while the cashier is taking an order for a basket ball team, only one cashier working while manager and others walk by and make eye contact. Finally order, #7 with the berry parfait, another 15 minutes later, btw basket ball team got their entire order in less than 4 minutes. Watching as others come in get order and get their food, mine, finally comes out…… Really
