I’ve got to say it—no lie, I love Chick-fil-A. I love that they’re closed on Sundays, I love the “my pleasure,” and I love the way they treat people. But what I really love about the Chick-fil-A here in Dalton, Georgia, is the kindness that’s served every single day. From fresh flowers on the tables to the smiles that greet you at the door, it’s always top-notch.
Aaron Ward, you’re doing a fantastic job leading your team. I’ve never once walked into the Dalton Chick-fil-A and had a bad experience.

Y’all, if ya haven’t, try the Peach milkshake, unbelievable! God knew what he was doing, of course, when he developed Chic-fil-A. The location on Walnut Ave in Dalton, GA, is perfect at EVERYTHING! drive thru, take out, catering, inside dining room, and more. The staff are attentive, friendly, considerate, and the positive list goes on. What a great spicy chicken sandwich, too!!!

We brought our girls for breakfast on Valentine’s Day. We waited in line for six minutes, and then when I stepped up they changed the menu to lunch and wouldn’t serve biscuits because it was 10:30 on the dot. While it doesn’t seem like a big deal, they said they didn’t have any left, but we could see the biscuits they were putting away. Big disappointment to my little girls.

I got the spicy chicken sandwiches and they were amazing. The staff here was incredible and probably the most attentive and polite crew I’ve ever met, and that’s saying a lot for this franchise since they are all amazing. Good job to this location. Y’all deserve an award or a raise.

This will always be a favorite spot! Trying to eat healthy is hard in this day and time. The Market Salad is amazing, the grilled nuggets are perfect, and so is the wrap. Great options to help control your calories

We went through the drive-thru. There were 4 of us and we were having a difficult time trying to decide what we wanted. JORDAN WAS SO PATIENT AND HELPFUL!!! Honestly, He didn’t even hint that we were taking too much time!!! He deserves a raise!!! Thank you Jordan!!!

This is a newer Chick Fil A and it was super clean with a super friendly staff. The young lady that was working in the lobby yesterday going table to table around 2:30pm was so friendly and had such a warm smile. She even offered to get our refills for us so we didn’t have to go to the counter and wait. That was so refreshing. She was a ray of sunshine. We were greeted by another lady when we walked in the door, which was a nice touch. The decor in the location is cute! They also have nice wooden games you can play with your family as well. This is just a really nice Chick Fil A.
