I rarely leave a review and I love Chick-fil-A, but this location gets something wrong in my order almost every time I come here. It is really disappointing to get a sausage biscuit when you ordered a chicken biscuit. I always double check things, but sometimes it is too late to go in when you have 5 kids in the car.

This is my favorite location ( actually the only location I will go to), always great service great food. I usually go through the drive thru and I’m usually stop by most everyday to get my lg sweet tea. You employees are so kind polite friendly and never fails everyday I’m greeted with Hey Mr. Shane when I have had a bad day and I come to your location to turns my day around. Thank you for having such a wonderful caring team!! They are the best!! Great Job.

I got a blast from the past when I walked into this Chick-fil-A fresh flowers. Somebody around the dining room to refresh beverages and clear trays. I haven’t had a Chick-fil-A experience like this in the last 3 to 4 years. It’s really refreshing to see a Chick-fil-A that still has the roots of serving people well!

on feb 20 around 5:30, I came to grab some food for my family and myself and it was a first time I came to get chick-fil-a at this location and may I say never again. When I got home and started to eat with my family my dad pulls out a wrapped paper towel inside the cobb salad I had got for him. a paper towel! I work in fast food myself so when I saw it we all couldn’t enjoy our food in the end. I just want this to be a learning lesson for everyone working in that kitchen to pay attention to what you put in your costumers food! I have video and photo evidence to show. I came back to show everyone working there that night and they all were in shock and didn’t know how to handle this poor situation. I had to talk to 3 different managers which all didn’t know how to handle the situation. Do better!

I came to order breakfast. When I went through the drive through, there were 4 employees outside in 25° weather. Abby, the manager, needs to do better. These employees had red faces, fingers, and were shivering. This is unacceptable, and my order would have been fine if it was taken through an intercom.

Went to your location today (2/23/26) and ordered a chicken biscuit meal and spicy chicken biscuit meal, but was certainly not impressed. The biscuits both seemed smaller than normal, the Sprite with one of the meals seemed as though it needed to have been changed out as it had a weak taste, and the hash browns were so barely cooked that they fell apart when trying to eat them.

I pick my granddaughter up every Wednesday and she says let’s go to Chick o lay… even my watch tells me now lol…the young lady that worked the front this morning is so super sweet… my granddaughter usually gets a balloon before we leave and there weren’t any out and she went back and got some made… Justin and his team are top notch! Love this location!

I’m on a road trip with my toddler and we decided to stop in for an early dinner because I saw in the about section this location had a playground. Well it does not. Any parent with an active toddler knows how important it is for them to stretch their legs and get out energy while on long road trips. Please change your information in the about section!!

All the young emoloyees working tonight on 10/25/25 have great attitude, fast, pay attention when you are ordering food. Also when you are eating they come by and ask if everything is good or if you need anything else. My wife and I loved that never seen this before on any other fast food restaurant. Great job to the manager that’s teaching this kiddos the right way.
