We went there last week to treat my son since he was getting over being sick anyway… the guy at the counter greeted us right away and was very friendly and helpful since my son was unsure of what kind of shake/ice cream he wanted with his meal. The guy even helped us with our order as well. I would toldly say this is the first chick fil a I’ve been in for a long time that was this friendly and helpful.

Ordered con tenders on the app and still weren’t ready when I got there. Then all the attendees went by me like I wasn’t parked there I had to flag down a person then had to wait for tenders. The food is usually good but this time the chicken was like rubber idk if they changed anything while they were closed for the remodel but it will be awhile before I go back

I ordered a chicken club sandwich with honey roasted BBQ and a market salad. My sandwich had no bacon, they forgot my sauce, I wasn’t given the granola and almonds and I even get a fork for my salad. I tried to call the store and the phone number just gives a bust signal. I’m super bummed

The fries taste like fish. That’s gross. And please stop letting the simple people that live in Cleveland use the mobile thru incorrectly. Tell those slow special people to go around the building. The chicken was cold and the cool wrap had soggy lettuce. So disappointing for God’s chicken.

“FINALLY.” That’s what I said as I walked in remembering how much I loved seeing Ce Ce Penniston perform at the Pride festival in Atlanta in 1998. I designed the park layout. It’s my FAVOURITE place to have breakfast. I will always support this company because they opened their stores in Orlando after the PULSE massacre.
