The parking lot is horribly designed.. What cfa nowadays has only a single drive thru line? Not to mention one that is as slow as it is. You could argue “It’s slow because it’s popular.” Well then they should have two drive thru lines and a better designed parking lot.. The lot is overcrowded and cramped.. Every time I come, I sit in this line for about 20 minutes.. That’s not fast food.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with chic fil a. The chicken nuggets were missing. How do you miss putting the main course in the bag?! When I call in the lady on the phone tells me I should’ve seen that there were no nuggets. Then I’m told that I can drive the 30 minutes back to their location to get food that I’ve already paid for and that a refund isn’t an option. I will never go to this location again. They were very unprofessional with their demeanor and behavior.

This location came close to being great, BUT for people like me, getting pickles on your “No Pickles” sandwich is very frustrating. The label says “No Pickles” so I didn’t check my sandwich until I got all the way home. I bit into the sandwich and immediately the taste of pickles hit me. Pickles make me nauseous, so I couldn’t even eat my dinner. It’s the little things – might seem small but this ruined my dinner.

Food is good. Tables are dirty. The staff seems all new or slightly delayed on Juneteenth. It’s like they are all in zombie mode staring out and instead of being attentive and looking for people to help, it’s like a delayed traffic light turns green and the girls/women say “oh yeah we’re working!” It was hard to navigate around staff in the way, sitting at my dirty table, taking my tray to the trash circling around 2 members, standing behind two non Asians and being ignored by 3 girls, just to have them go to the other cash register to get the next set of white people. It was not a typical CFA visit and the only my pleasure was a monotone one.

The food and service were great. It’s a crowded place, though. I guess everything close to Atlanta is that way. I was glad to get out of there and back home to small town USA. That’s not their fault. Love this location, but they’ve really been skimping out a lot on the fries lately. I’d much rather pay a couple extra cents for a large than receive an amount that could fit in a medium size. Petty I know..but this location was 5 stars for me for a while until the last 5 orders or so.
