I was happy when this location opened up since it was along my commute. I have done mobile through orders a few times over the past couple months and the service has been quite a bit slower than other nearby locations. Even with only 2-3 cars ahead of me, wait times have consistently been more than 10 minutes. The food and employees, the wait time is just a bit longer than I would expect.

This new CFA is so nicely laid out and always clean when we visit. It has a playground for the kiddos and plenty of seating. The employees are always so nice and especially the manager Caleb Cumberledge. I’ve noticed he always goes out of his way to make sure the guests are having a great experience.

Just okay. First time coming to this chick-fil-a and was excited about having one closer to home. I came tonight in the drive thru and service was WAY slower compared to other locations such as Oakwood and Flowery Branch. There was only about 3 other cars in the drive thru. Workers seen nice but all very young and seeming to need more training. Gave me the wrong dressing for salad even though it was mobile ordered and just an overall meh experience.

So excited to finally have a Chick-fil-A near home, and everything tasted good and fresh as always. But I had to take few stars off cause they forgot all the sauces we asked for, and sauces make a huge difference. It was also the very first time this has ever happened at any Chick-fil-A we’ve been to — they’ve never forgotten anything in our order before. I honestly thought this didn’t happen at Chick-fil-A. Quite disappointed, but thought they were just a bit overwhelmed with the crowd during that time.

Customer service here is honestly just the worst thing ever. Very snarky and isn’t like any other nearby chick fil a. I’d rather drive 10 mins in the opposite direction from my house to the Chick-fil-A in flowery branch than to go to this one 5 mins down the road. Wouldn’t recommend coming here
