One of the best fast food places ever! Never got disappointed in what I have ordered. The staff is always very friendly! I never been to a fast food restaurant which such a peek to the detail, real flowers on each table. And yeah their marketing team is hilarious. The cow appreciates that you eat more chicken.

Food was good, but they forgot the sauce I requested. The cashier even read back the order with the sauce on it, but never put it in my bag. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. Living 20 minutes away, its frustrating to cone home, check my order, and see no sauce in my bag besides a few ketchup packets. Do better please.

Foods always good, but I’ll stop in when I’m getting off work with my family, and they seem to be the ONLY Chic-Fil-A that does not honor First Responder/ Law Enforcement discount. Not a huge deal but disappointing.

Stopped in during a recent visit to the area. Food was okay, not quite hot enough (temperature wise). My husband ordered extra pickles on his sandwich, but there were only two when he opened the bun. I ordered a child’s meal, and the cashier told me I would get an ice cream with it because I didn’t want a toy. Well, that didn’t happen. The tables outside were pretty dirty, but we got a few wet napkins and cleaned them. There was also an employee mopping the floor behind the counter where the employees were constantly moving and trying to prepare orders. That’s a good way for an employee to fall and get hurt – I would recommend that not happen during busy times!

CFA is the consistent winner in my area. We have 6 other choices for fast food…every one except #2( Wendy’s) struggle with personnel, quality and customer service. Only Wendy’s tries to live up to CFA standards in fact, our other restaurants are so poorly managed, one wonders if they are simply tax write offs for the franchisee

Ordered chicken noodles soup but it’s not much liquid and all the chicken shredded finely. The server didn’t ask what kind of cheese I like. Good food.

This chick-fil-a is amazing. Eat there a couple if times a week. Went and ordered dinner, had a problem with the card reader accepting my card, not my card. They gave me my order. AMAZED
