On my last visit to this location, the restroom was absolutely disgusting. Also, why the heck do you offer outdoor tables for dining and then lock them up with a cable 2 hours prior to closing? The weather was beautiful and we wanted to sit outside and were told that we couldn’t because the tables had to be locked up. If I am paying a premium for so-so CFA fast food, at least the atmosphere should be better than other similar restaurants.

It’s consistently an issue with the our order. Either fries are not completely done or sandwich isn’t hot or bun is dry. It’s so frustrating, this is absolutely one of our favorite places to eat on a day of running errands. The fries are my major disappointment. When you hold a waffle fry up it shouldn’t droop over or down (this is not a done waffle fry). If you ask for it to be “done” then it’s over done and burnt, can’t even bite into it. So I can’t win either way. If you would just cook the waffle fries instead of pulling them before they are done I wouldn’t have to ask for new ones every time I order.

Best fast food experience ever! The staff realized that my mother was handicapped before we ever made it in. Not only did they hold the door for us, but seated us like a sit-down restaurant. Then took our order at the table and brought us our food when it was ready. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Thank you to the management and staff!!!

What’s up with this place lately? Used to be top tier?!? Every time I go it takes FOREVER bc there’s an issue. After waiting in line forever, I get moved up bc my order isn’t ready and FINALLY when it is, they forget my drink or shake.. tf?! Food is always good, though..

After Alice greeted us with a smile from ear to ear, we had an even bigger pleasure to have a kind military veteran, Mr. Danny and his lovely bride of almost 60 years, Mrs. Glenda continue the impeccable service Chick-fil-A is known for!!!
