Stop skimming on the fries! Every time I come here, the waffle fry container is visibly underfilled. I shouldn’t have to check my bag before I drive away just to make sure I’m getting what I paid for.

I’m not sure what’s changed here in the last few weeks but the service and the quality has severely dropped last time I was here as I’m waiting for my food the people in the window we’re having a conversation and more interested in who’s going to be the next cow because it pays $30 an hour versus attempting to get my food to me and yet here I am again they’re more interested in having conversations about outside life not appropriate discussions in front of customers to get your order correct so you have to pull around and go back inside as I just witnessed three other families do the same thing. My family amd I come here at least once a week as a tradition might have to go somewhere else very disappointed in Chick-fil-A

Chick fil a is known for customer service and speedy and accurate delivery. I’m a vegetarian- so I rarely come here- but decided to come to see if I could get the chicken wrap with corn and beans and things without the chicken. I did ask for that but by the time I went home I saw it was full of chicken. Okay, still not going to give up on them – a couple weeks later I ordered the breakfast burrito combos for my husband and I – he gets sausage – I get no meat. They put his in the bag but half way home I realized they didn’t even put mine in the bag. Okay …3rd time a charm? I ordered a side of the breakfast yeast rolls with a side of egg and cheese (to make my own cheese and egg sandwiches for breakfast). They said pull around because we have to “make the bread”. I pulled around the corner- turned on my hazards- 5 mins passed, no one came. 10 mins passed, no one came, 15 mins- 15 mins passed and I finally got out of the car to see if they forgot about me- the guy forgot about me but then remembered telling me about the bread- so he said my coworker is at your car now – looking for you. I looked back at my car- I said I’ve been here for 15 mins no one has come- but went back to the car to wait and someone finally came out to give me the yeast rolls. I was 30 mins late to work. It would be one thing if they got the orders wrong every once in a while or were slow every once in a while- but this is 100% of the time I’ve been here in the past 6 months- there is something that goes wrong. So I think I give up on them or just be really careful about checking before driving away.

I usually have great experiences at this Chick-fil-A, but today really concerned me. It was very cold outside, and there was a young employee working outdoors whose hands were visibly red and shaking. I came through twice to check, hoping he’d been rotated inside, but he was still out there.
I understand the need for efficiency, but it feels cruel and unsafe to keep employees—especially young ones—outside in freezing temperatures for extended periods. I hope management will prioritize their workers’ health by limiting outdoor exposure or rotating them more often in cold weather.

Out of all the chic fil a restaurants. This is the worst one yet! I have avoided leaving reviews everytime but today I have time. Every time you go here, there’s an issue. Missing items, hard fries, slow service. It’s something. No other chic fil a in hall county has this issue but this one. Please check your food before leaving this place. As someone that is to used to trusting my chic fil an establishments. This is one I’ll not trust.

I enjoy using the app. Apparently, a lot of people enjoy it too. The wait was a bit long but nothing bad. I had to remind them that I got an iced coffee, it was their pleasure to give me the drink. I especially like that they are not overly zealous about giving out sauces. I like the breakfast burrito with two salsas. Makes a near perfect breakfast.

I wish I can give No stars. The worse Chick Fil A around. I ordered from their delivery service and an hr later they cancelled due to giving my order to the wrong driver. Now I have to wait 3 business days to get refund. When trying to call, no one wants to answer. Never will I come here again.
