LOVE LOVE LOVE this chic-fil-a. I go every Tuesday and usually have no problems at all, but this time was different. They left out my ranch dressing for my salad (I can’t eat a dry salad) and they put corn & tomatoes in my salad when I asked for “no corn or tomatoes”. Maybe it was busy tonight or everyone was just getting the orders out as fast as possible. I’m not sure. I will be back! hopefully they’ll redeem themselves!

Anytime I’ve ever visited this location, I’m never greeted upon entering. I typically order in the app, so I walk to the pickup area and my food is never ready, so I have to stand there and wait. The employees just stand there and look at me like I’m an alien; Either that or they’re always standing around talking, as if they have no customers.

Their food is good very when there was a long line a guy went down a whole line back and fourth to take peoples order. It smells good. They did get my order wrong but we noticed luckily! Love absolutely best place

I went to get an order for 2 people myself and my wife and paid for 2 sandwiches and fries with a coke. What I received was a small thing of chicken nuggets and a coke. As with all good things eventually their quality and attention to detail have slowly begun to degrade. Don’t get me wrong their service is great but this is the second time this has happened to me albeit this time was slightly more extreme than the last. Will definitely be going elsewhere for a while whenever I am in the vidalia area.

SLOW and had to wait on grilled chicken nuggets for 10 minutes. Not the first time this happened at this location. They did give me 2 cards for a free item a piece. Still love Chick-fil-A, but this location needs to tighten up to hold up their brand name!

This Chick-fil-A needs to get it together. The service is slow regardless how many people are there. I place my order before I get there and hit “I’m here” thinking it would be ready before I got there.. nope still had to wait. When I do the drive through the lanes at times are packed and I had to wait over 30mins. I don’t know about other people but my lunch break can’t be spent in a line because they can’t figure it out. Maybe they need to do some training in Milledgeville because they have figured it out.

Visited with my family today at this Vidalia Georgia location. We were very pleased with the meals for the 4 of us. Two had nice salads and one had nuggets and the other chicken strips. The nugget and chicken strip count was accurate, unlike some other fast food places that short you on your order. Food was hot and tasty. Facility was very clean and the staff were professional and exceptionally friendly. I thought it was great that they actually had bags of sweet Vidalia onions for sale in the restaurant ( Of course! This is Vidalia! ), on display in the lobby. They even have special onion tee shirts. I highly recommend and look forward to going again.
