Zero stars if possible. Last night I ordered my birthday meal and selected delivery and to be handed to me at my door while I was working. I gave all the specifics for the delivery person to successfully bring my food to me. I buzzed the delivery guy in through the gate and waited at my door. I received a notification that my meal was delivered, but he never came. I tried getting help through the app without success but I was able to reach the corporate customer service. The representative said the owner of this location determines my refund. Nobody called. I didn’t get a refund or my birthday meal.

Felt really cozy and comfortable grabbing some food here on a weekday. Chill atmosphere, yummy food, clean tables and floor. Mason was my server/cashier and I appreciated his calm customer service during the hectic rush hour when everyone is stressed.

The chicken on the egg white grill doesn’t even cover the English muffin, thought it was wrong went back they one they replaced it with is almost the same. Way too small will not come back to this location. Said it was the normal size as if I haven’t been getting this sandwich for years.

I don’t ever share reviews but this morning I went and picked up breakfast. When I opened my breakfast bowl I was SHOKED! It was only half full and on top of that I paid for extra cheese.. didn’t get that either. Very disappointed. $7.50 for 5 bites is insane.

Just experienced one of the unsanitary items people find in food…a piece of hair baked in the crust of a Chick-fil-A famous fried chicken. I bit into it and felt an elongated tug (which is uncharacteristic of a strand of chicken) as I was driving. I immediately spit it out and stopped on the side of the road to investigate the potential crime scene…and there it was…pure nastiness…a piece of curly black hair. When I called the store soon after, the morning manager offered a lunch meal. I declined but stated that I would return to give them back their “hairy” sandwich. Why would I want to get another potential unsanitary sandwich?
The gentleman stated that he “will ensure his workers wear their hair nets.” Seems like normal food service etiquette is not what this establishment practices….especially if “now” he will ensure the obvious. At the very least, I hope it came from the head and not somewhere else. I imagine that if hair nets are not worn, kitchen gloves are more than likely optional.
Just think of how many risk takers who purchased before and after me unknowingly were forced to partake in hairy Chick-fil-A sandwiches. I’m sure many if not all swallowed the extra protein and went about their day.

When visiting Chick-fil-a’s, I always order via the CFA app and use curbside pickup (if available). I applaud this location for the progress they have made since the beginning of the pandemic. It’s not perfect, but this is now one of my favorite locations to go to in this area. The parking lot can get a bit tight at times (and some drivers carelessly block others in the parking lot) but way better quality and service than the CFA location off 285 and South Cobb.
Update: This used to be my go-to CFA prior to their closing for remodeling. I’ve been back 2-3 times since it’s reopened, and the service and speed (particularly with curbside) have gone down. Thankfully, the CARES team has tried to make up for the inconveniences.
