Line was a little long but it goes fast. Very surprised to see okra on the menu but it was very tasty. Highly recommend

The food here was great! I like that this location has some specialty items not available at other locations. The cornbread was soft, sweet, and delicious. I enjoyed the sweet potato souffle with the crumbly cinnamon and brown sugar crumble on top. And, the Brussels sprouts were well seasoned and just warm enough. I didn’t care for the blackberry cream fried pie, maybe it’s personal preference, maybe it’s because it wasn’t warm enough or filled enough, but I’ll never order that again.
What I really didn’t like was how long it took to move through the line! I placed my order online and was still there almost 10 minutes! And, the drive thru line was confusing. It was difficult to tell how to even join the line. Once I figured it out, the traffic moved so slowly and while all of the employees were pleasant, it just didn’t seem as organized as many of the other Chick-fil-A restaurants. I will come back because I enjoyed the food, but I hope for a swifter experience the next time.

No, not Chick-fil-A!! Say it ain’t so!! Yes, this is my struggle almost $5 cup of fruit parfait. Where’s the fruit man? I thought it was a fluke last week when I ordered the same thing but here we are. Wow!! Just wow!! I really am disappointed.

This location is the slowest store out of many I have patronized. I dont know why they don’t have magic sauce (i.e. efficiency) like the others but Corporate needs to quickly improve this store. The drive thru line is ALWAYS long and it takes about 20 mins just to get to the window! This is unacceptable!

If I could give this store a 0 I would. Let’s start by, I done a catering order for almost 1000 dollars. It was for 75 Boxed lunches and 5 chicken cob salads. They sent all of that stuff by this tiny young lady who could barely hold the items. Fast forward. We bix the lunches up only for it to be 2 chips and 2 cookies missing. That wasn’t the big deal though. We get to the salads just for none of them to have no meat on them. I called the store back to let them know, and the Senior director Chad Palmer said ok he will fix the problem and give us a 10% discount on our next order. All we’ll and fine until the employees at my job said all of their chips were outdated, so I called back up there just to let them know about the chips, and the young lady who answered the phone thought she put me on hold and had the audacity to tell Chad that it was me again and what else do I want them to do since they gave us a 10 percent discount for the next time we order. Chad proceeded to blow his breath and get on the phone stating he didn’t know the chips were outdated. I usually order our job luncheon from this place but never again. They can keep the discount and I will be reaching out to corporate because we are the reason you have a job, we paying customers pay for what we want. After letting them know I heard what they said, Chad didn’t know what to say. I am beyond livid, and my GM was not happy at all. If the chips were outdated, we wondered if the sandwiches were old too.

Ima start by saying we have given this spot 2 goes because the kids and i love chick fila. thinking it may have been a fluke the first time….last time I got here at 7.30 and they said the girl working the dine in was on break and by the time she came back they would be closed…. so this time I came before 7(6.45pm to be exact) and still no one was available…said they were on break and that once the lady came back at 7.30 from her break that it would be closing time for the dine in…(8pm) oh well…this is definitely one bad spot… also at the very least they could have given me some plates…but I guess that’s only controlled by the dine in lady…sooooo here I am using whatever for the kidos.lol.. nuggets where dry and burnt as well as the macaroni… they suck over all.

Oh, Chick-fil-A at Forest Park really nailed the Choose Your Own Adventure theme for their drive-thru. One sign says “Mobile Orders This Way,” but the line? Nowhere to be found. It’s like a scavenger hunt… without any clues. And let’s not forget the dramatic lighting—because nothing says “fast food excellence” like ceiling lights dangling above your car like they’re auditioning for Final Destination.

It is rather challenging to get a decent fast food meal now. I understand it is due to the times- pandemic shut down, trying to come back from pandemic; staff shortages, supply train issues, etc. I try to be very understanding and patient with the employees, because I really still appreciate them for having the fortitude to deal with all the challenges, and still show up and sometimes have to deal with people who are not so cognizant and understanding. Once upon a time I could always count on my neighborhood Chick-fil-A to provide a very good “fast food” meal with their great customer service. I wanted a really good, fresh chicken sandwich and waffle fries, so Saturday evening at 5:30 p.m. (dinner time) I went there, expecting to get a good fresh meal since it was dinner time and busy (at least the drive thru was). I decided to dine in as I had been traveling all day. I placed my order, a combo number one- chicken sandwich, waffles fries and a drink, substituting the drink with a shake, so the price of my meal was $12. I have never had an issue paying more (premium price for a fast food meal) because (1) the service was exceptional and (2) the food was always worth it. I received my food and the sandwich looked like it had been sitting all day and the fries were very cold. I took a bite and it also tasted like it had been sitting there all day. I did not want to be “that” customer, but I wanted some fresh food (and I paid $12)- at least the sandwich, although I prefer my fries hot (who doesn’t, lol), I at least needed my sandwich to be fresh. I nicely asked the young lady behind the counter if I could get a fresh sandwich. She was very nice, understanding and said she would take care of it. I was not surprised as the service is always on point. I received the second sandwich (see pic) and took it back to the counter and asked for me money back. The young lady was apologetic and gave my money back with no problem or questions. I really would have preferred that she offered to have my sandwich and fries cooked fresh. I was very disappointed with the food and although I hope it improves, unfortunately I do not know when I will return to see.
