Just got off work from midtown to McDonough and decided to stop for a treat! Well I waited in line patiently for over 15 minutes for a COOKIE . Only to get what seems to be a display item cause it’s not edible. If you know McDonough at 6pm you know it’s traffic I tried to bite into this cookie and chipped my tooth it’s so hard. I called the store immediately while in traffic on the highway and I was told to turn around for a replacement because they have a same day policy for replacements now. Turn back 15 minutes from target for a cookie? I don’t think so. I told them I’d be calling corporate and I was given a okay bye . lol a joke! I won’t be back. I guess being a signature member means nothing! Check video for proof of the tooth chipper I was given as a cookie. DONOT RECOMMEND this location. Jodeco rd is more efficient and has all fresh food.

This is the worst Chick-fil-a location I have ever been to, especially because of a particular employee named Morgan. I asked for such a simple accommodation today after I received the wrong order, and she refused in the most cruel and disgusting manner, claiming she couldn’t do anything which I know to be false. Completely unacceptable save your time and go to another location.

Went through drive through and ordered 1 12 piece meal with unsweetened tear & a 12 piece. The young man in the drive through was efficient and friendly. We got through quickly even with 7 to 8 vehicles in the line ahead of us. Our food was ready at the window as we pulled up. Greeted well. The food order was correct. The food was fresh and warm. The tea was fresh and cool with plenty of ice. I tried the Buffalo sauce for the 1st te today and loved it. We are traveling through on vacation and this made for a quick pass through for lunch. Definitely recommend this location.

I’m going to keep it short and to the point. I went here, dine inside. I ordered a #1 ( chicken sandwich, fries and a drink) a large chicken noodle soup, and an 8 count nuggets and and an extra drink. I asked CJ the cashier did he make my #1 the meal he replied yes. I didn’t think anything else until another staff member brought out our food.. that’s when I realized that there was no fries for the number one, and when I gave her the receipt to show it to her, she went back to ask him about it and CJ lied, which was the cashier that took my order saying that I wanted the chicken noodle soup and place of my fries in the egg count nugget on the side that was not what I told him if he would have listened and would not have been talking while I was trying to place my order he would have understood what I was saying. So I had to go pay for an order of fries, which I don’t feel was right it’s no problem, but it wasn’t right because that’s not what I said. He basically rung my order up the way that he wanted to not what I said , And instead of the manager, correcting it, she told the other staff member that I had to pay for the fries. I See that they messed up someone else order that was in front of me which just left out , he didn’t have to pay for what they forgot so why did I have to pay for it? I sat here and watched the whole thing.

I just came off my diet. Decided to get pretzel meal with sweet tea. Today. Thursday at 6pm. Why did I bother? Sandwich was not fresh. The fries were hard. Sweet tea not even sweet. Ugh! I didn’t finish it. So aggravating. Why did I decide to go to this place for a splurge meal??? Sandwich was all smashed in. Not fresh bedding at all.

I come here at least 3-4 times a week and this morning was the worst experience of them all. This morning I ordered on the app 3 breakfast meals: 2 spicy biscuit meals, 1 regular chicken biscuit meal, and all with orange juice @7:09 a.m. At 7:16 I asked a young lady about my food she stated they were working on it and that spicy chicken take a little longer. She asked the cooks how long and let me know they said 3 minutes, well 3-5 minutes came and left. The nice young lady asked the cooks again “how long on ONE spicy biscuit, they stated 4 minutes. Well at this point I could not wait any longer simply because I had to get to work. I informed the worker to just give me a regular chicken biscuit because I had to leave. I received 2 regular biscuit meals and one spicy meal which is not what I ordered originally. I called in to speak to the manager “she was not a good listeners, she just stated she would send me a free biscuit on the app.” Free biscuit was not the purpose of my call. My goal was to inform her to check with the cooks as about why are there no spicy biscuits ready at 7 am and cook times are being fabricated. And we did not eat the hash browns AT ALL they were hard and greasy to the point we trashed those and only ate the biscuits. I will continue to come to this location for my convenience, but the cooks need to do better in the morning especially morning rush and 1 hour after opening. Great job FRONT LINE but cooks need more training and or a coaching. Thanks

I’ve given this Chick-fil-A several chances, and the experience is consistently disappointing. My orders are often cold, undercooked, or incorrect, even after long wait times and being told the food is “fresh.” It’s not about refunds — it’s about maintaining Chick-fil-A standards, and this location is falling short in customer service, food quality, and efficiency.
The one positive is Miss Yvonne. She is consistently kind, hardworking, and welcoming. She often seems to be the only one truly engaging with customers. Management needs to support her and improve overall operations. If this review were based on food and service alone, it would be one star — the extra stars are for Miss Yvonne.

This was by farrrrr the worst Chick-fil-A location I have ever been too. I have been here many times and every experience involving the employee named Morgan was negative. She was consistently rude, cold, and disrespectful and never showed any willingness to help. Each I asked for assistance she refused and spoke in a dismissive tone as if helping customers was an inconvenience. Other employees were fine but her attitude ruined the entire experience for me and my wife. After multiple visits with the same behavior I will not be returning and would recommend to all of you going to another location instead.

Went by on my way home from work. Traffic crazy as always in area. Ordered through the drive through. Food was right but all my sauces and salad dressing was not in the bag. When I called and talked to the manager and expressed my problem, she said what would you like me to do. Well since I am already home the thing to do is say hey next time you come through the drive through I will replace everything you ordered for free. But what she said was you can drive down here and get everything that was left out. Yeah hard pass. Do you really think I am going to drive through this crazy traffic after I am already home and have worked all day? Chick-fil-la has really gone down since Trueitt is no longer alive. Eat at home people. Customer service is no longer used.

I was very disappointed with my recent experience. During my visit, a team member spilled lemonade all over me and directly onto my phone while it was sitting in my lap. The phone was immediately damaged. The team member showed little care or concern at the time, so I attempted to dry and save my phone myself, but it ultimately did not survive and remains completely inoperable.
I reported the incident to the manager on duty, Karen, and followed up afterward. It was confirmed during the investigation that a drink did spill on my phone, yet the claim was still denied and no resolution or reimbursement was offered.
I have always respected Chick-fil-A and the values they stand for, which makes this experience especially disappointing. This situation could have been handled with care and accountability, but instead it fell far short of what I expect from this company.
