The food was good as always. Hot and fresh tenders and nuggets are the best thing. Placed a curbside order and this location is quick about getting it out to you! Only issue was the soft drinks yesterday. They tasted off. Thankfully I was able to get it sorted through the app as I didn’t have time to come back. Overall this location is much better than the ones I’ve got at home!

Typical Chick-fil-A these days. Fake friendly workers in the Drive-Thru. Window/door workers ignore you with their back toward you socializing with coworkers inside. They will find a way to mess up your order. Good luck eating your dry, overpriced salad without dressing (they didn’t put dressing in the bag) while drinking without a straw (no straw provided). I can almost understand if they were busy, but I was literally the only person in line.

Stopped in for lunch on vacation staff is very friendly to children made sure my kids each had a different book. Very helpful making sure we got all our items and things we needed in a large 10 person group! Kids enjoyed the play room! It was a great stop!

Julie speaks through the drive through always sounding like she’s happy and in a good mood which puts me in a good mood. I also appreciate how this location will serve lunch during breakfast time. Its a bit of an extra wait but its always worth it to get my tendies and fries. So far the best chick fala location to me.

I eat at a lot of CFAs… this layout is weird. The staff was friendly. The table worker was a little too friendly… my chicken sandwich was over cooked which was rare. The skin of the chicken was fried and made it hard to chew., again rare. Sauce was missing but fixed when I asked. Just a strange vibe here. I don’t want a cut and paste response from the owner operator too… not coming back here, shows you don’t really care.

Probably the worst chick fil a I’ve ever been too waited forever in drive thru was shocked. Food was cold and extremely greasy more then normal. All the condiments were left out I ordered and no napkins.

The drive-thru lines are always long, but the Chick-fil-A in Newnan somehow keeps everything moving. The staff is super friendly, the food is always fresh, and it’s consistently good every single time. Totally worth the wait.

I’d like to start off by saying I worked in this industry for many years as a manager so this is more of a what you could do better review rather than an angry customer review.

I came in with my children who wanted to all place their own orders so they could be a little bit more independent so that’s what we did. We placed three separate orders all ordered at the same register about one minute in between each other. The second order came out before the first order and then the third order came out since the second and third order were the same menu items I just took it as the third item (which were different) needed a little bit more time to be bagged up. The young lady up front was polite through the entire process and kept eye contact while we waited for the last order to come out, but never verbally acknowledge that we were still waiting or as far as I could tell made any attempt to see why the item hadn’t came out, even though she was the one that took our orders. She was a little busy but did have some free time in between people coming in and ordering, and refilling drinks to either acknowledge us or to have checked on the order.

After 15 minutes had passed I was at the point where I was going to ask her what the issue was, while I was waiting on her to be finish up with customer she was handling I noticed that there was a bag sitting over in the pickup area with a drink that matched our order so I did the reasonable thing and walked over to check it myself, it was our order so I grabbed it and left.

Now I know she’s not the one that put it there so that was someone else’s mess up, but if you take an order from a customer and you still see them standing there and it’s been longer than you know it should have taken at your restaurant you should proactively try to correct it before the customer brings it to your attention.

Like I said not mad, just a little aggravated by the wait time, especially since based on the ticket on the bag the order was actually finished before the second order came out, so it had been sitting over there the entire time.
