Used this CFA location to cater our late night snack for our wedding! The marketing director, Sam, was awesome to work with. The Operator, Doug, brought the cow to the event, which was a huge hit with guests! They passed out nuggets in sandwich bags on the dance floor for easier eating/keeping them hot. Thank you for making my wedding super fun!!!

They put so much salt on my fries you can feel the ocean with it. As a matter of fact everybody fries had so much salt on it that we could not eat the fries. I had to literally rinse all the salt off my fries with water and put it in my air fryer to refry them in order to eat them. That is ridiculous It doesn’t take a whole box of salt to put on fries to make them good because they already good without the salt. I was very disappointed very disappointed.

Great lunch today at the Fayetteville Towne Center Chick-fil-A. Our first time dining in at this location. Every single team member was super friendly and thoughtful – going above and beyond – asking folks if they needed anything at each table, refilling drinks… stellar. We asked for a cherry on top of one of our Icedream Cups and the super lovely lady gave us four! Something so simple that simply made my kiddo’s day.

I’ve had good experiences picking up through the drive-thru, however when it’s Doordash/Grubhub/Uber Eats orders I’m picking up, completely opposite. I really am feeling the customer service is poor inside the store. This most recent experience, I go to pick up a third party order. No one is at the counter, one pregnant worker who I assume is supposed to be at front counter just greeted me from a table, but never got up until finally after 5 minutes standing there to assist me. Oh yeah 5 minutes I was was left waiting with no assistance. The manager and maybe male shift lead, who looked like a shift lead or manager, both saw me especially the male one just went back to bagging. My order for 3 of those 5 minutes was left just sitting on the side and not where mobile orders are stored. So the pregnant lady finally assists me and just says after seeing the order is there that someone would bring it to me which made me fume inside and I told her it’s right there. I’m then given an attitude by her which makes a Doordasher upset as well. She then pulls the female manager Fay over to report the issue and she dismisses the issue or pushes it aside. I’ve had an poor customer service issue with the Fay manager in the past verbally when i picked up a Doordash order that was just a lemonade and didn’t realize that was it and verbally she was harsh.
None of the other Chick-fil-As in the area have poor customer service like this. I have some familiarity with the operator Doug Barnett and his other 2 stores don’t have poor customer service at them. Chick-fil-A has better standards and expectations on the customer service than other chains and if you work at Chick-fil-A then you’re supposed to represent those standards. If you’re just there for the paycheck and poor customer service skills then you’re better suited to work one of the other chains in the area. For Chick-fil-A standards none is acceptable for what I’ve experienced recently here.

We shared a few weeks ago with this restaurant a photo of plastic wrap in one of my chickfila sandwiches. They got back to us and asked for pictures and then never responded. I have yet to receive a formal apology or a make it correct attempt.
I still come to this location and I’m willing to forgive but definitely could be a lot more sympathetic!

I placed an order for delivery through the app. It would be nice to be able to customize my salad for delivery just like if I do drive thru or pickup. My dietary restrictions should be able to be accommodated regardless of my pick-up or delivery method. Now I have a salad with dairy which I cannot eat and have to pick around. I don’t know if it’s an app update but please fix it

We just left Chic fil a spending around $25. To my surprise and disappointment our buns were not fresh and cold , fries burned or old. The staff was really nice …. Overall Extremely disappointed

Quite possibly the BEST location CFA has. I have been coming here since it opened and the staff here has never let me down. Food is always hot and fresh, staff is always friendly and professional, lines move as quickly as possible. It’s great.

Corporate help this restaurant!!! To be brand new, this should be an embarrassment to come back like this!! This is my Chick-fil-A. It’s in my neighborhood is where I go every morning and I have tried to give this a chance three times. Every time I go, the fries are never salted& cold and my food is always cold. My nuggets are barely room temperature. The kids at Chick-fil-A are too busy talking and not working every time I come in the wait is longer than usual for Chick-fil-A granted but it’s bad enough that the food doesn’t taste the same that when you get it it’s not prepared correctly. It’s cold. It’s bland. It’s unsalted. The customer service has gone down. I’m really getting worried because I love Chick-fil-A and this is in my neighborhood please somebody rein it in over here!!! And the restaurant looks so gross and nasty through those doors. You would at least think they’d keep it clean knowing that our eyes are on it drive-through is gross. Never have I ever seen a Chick-fil-A like this this is sad.
