Had just traveled to Atlanta from Hawaii. All night. Was ready for some breakfast to take home and stopped for a sausage and egg biscuit. When I got home to Carrollton, I had something described as bacon with egg whites. I complained to corporate, just to get a refund or credit even though it didn’t solve the overwhelming disappointment of being hungry, 25 miles away. Never got a response from anybody.
I know people make mistakes and Chick-fil-A hardly ever does but this one hurt a little.

This location is completely unprofessional, it was 8:26 p.m. when I placed my DD Order. At 9:21 p.m. the driver text me informing they gave my food to the wrong person. No one else had been assigned to my order and then proceeded to tell the driver I needed to contact DD. Maybe I wouldn’t be soo pissed if I didn’t have three kids to feed tonight. Y’all didn’t answer the phone tonight but I promise I’m not letting it go until I am able to file a formal complaint with the store manager on tonight’s shift manager 02/24/2026
1) for what?, the person YOU gave the order to was not assigned to me and you would have known that had you followed proper protocol and looked at the dashers app to verify
2) there should have been an apology for the dasher for the wait and my food should have been top priority since I’ve been waiting an hour AND you gave my food to the wrong person

I am very displeased with my experience. I came into the drive thru around 8:30pm. I was greeted by a young lady. She was ok didn’t have a Chick fil a attitude. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich meal with a sprite with no ice. I received a sandwich with no pickles or tomato. My lettuce was black. My sprite was not even filled up to the top of the cup at all. This level of service was just very disappointing and not expected when the corporate office is less than 20 minutes away. My partner’s meal was a grilled chicken with no tomato but the sandwich didn’t have pickles. I spent my hard earned money on meals that were not what I was expecting. I would need to have a manager from this store to contact me.

I’m honestly shocked at how bad this location is. I’m from California, and every Chick-fil-A I’ve been to there provides exceptional, consistent service. This place? The only time it even resembles good service is when the manager happens to be there during lunch. As soon as he’s not around, it’s like the entire standard disappears.

I went in at 5pm on Tuesday, 11/18/25. There were at least 13 employees working, and yet not a single person acknowledged me. Not one! I genuinely hope the owner watches the cameras, because the lack of attention is unbelievable.

By the time someone finally decided to help me, they got my order wrong anyway. Absolutely ridiculous. It truly feels like some of the people working here don’t appreciate their jobs at all.

Just unbelievable. Worst Chick-fil-A experience I’ve ever had.

While I love having this new location it’s a logistical nightmare. The one line dedicated to the mobile orders is insane. Then when you add the fact that it merges with the regular drive thru line it just makes it pointless at that point. The wait time is astronomical and my food is always lukewarm.

The people who work the drive thru are awesome! That’s the one positive thing.

The Chick-fil-A on Camp Creek is way busier, had two drive thru lines and is more efficient, faster service times and better quality. I’m not sure how we can get this location to that point but I hope it happens soon.

Stopped by for breakfast with on Christmas Eve and I was truly impressed with the hospitality and service. Food came out quick and someone came over to our table multiple times to see if we needed anything and to ask if we wanted free refills. This was the perfect experience. Huge shout out to the staff there. As an out of towner, I felt at home.

Ms. Amber is so AMAZING. Really friendly and such a great soul. Ordered uber eats and called this restaurant to make sure my order was right. And amber made sure of that !!! This location is so stingy when you order a side of bacon. They only put 2 1/2 measley little pieces in the container. It was kinda comical. I always order a side of bacon with coffee. I usually frequent the location in Fairburn and they always give like around 5 slices. This was my first and last time ordering it from this location. Really CFA of SF?!

Btw…LOVE the mobile orders only lane! I wish more folks placed mobile orders ahead of time!
