Manager is awesome , she’s always helpful and speaks to every customer she even jumps in to help the staff. Night shift please check for condiments. I’ve come about 4 separate times and had to go back for things. Afternoon shift is pleasant and swift. Ample parking and a handwashing station was the icing on the cake for me. I highly recommend this location.

We stopped by to grab some food before our road trip down to Florida and had a great experience. The cashier, who I can’t remember her name, greeted us as we walked in. After ordering, Mr. James brought our food out, checked if we needed more sauce or refills on our drinks, and chatted with us about our trip. He is such a kind soul and a delight to talk to. As we were getting ready to leave, he suggested a sweet treat for our trip and we took him up on his offer. 10/10 experience!

The new location is absolutely stunning!! The dining room tables even had REAL flowers. There was even a real photo of a black person eating a nugget! For that reason alone this will be my forever Chic-fil-a home. The dining room attendant even snapped my photo at both photo areas. I was so excited about the new location that I walked out and forgot my cups. FIVE STARS!! I even got a free sandwich on the app from the owner when I opened the app! Ahmad and Peyton were the two cashiers who helped me with my order and showed me how to use the scanner for my phone. Great job guys!! Be careful driving into this location due to the residential area near by. A lot of pedestrians WALK to this location and they ensure the safety of pedestrians with 3 speed bumps at both entrances. Good job guys!

Stopped in with a friend on our way home all the way back to Florida. The lovely lady at the counter was very sweet and unfortunately I can’t remember her name. She greeted us with a smile and got our food going quickly. We sat down to eat where we got to meet the wonderful Mr.James. He checked on us, grabbed everything we needed, and continued keeping the restaurant clean. He found out we were headed back to Florida right after we eat and made sure we were good on road snacks for later. This location is lucky to have such a wonderful team.

Our party of 11 came to this location shortly before breakfast ended and we got the best service ever! Mr. James checked on us regularly and ensured we had everything we needed. Rather that be extra sauces, more drinks or if we had any requests he made sure we were comfortable and allowed us to have the most amazing time. 10/10 recommend!

So to start off with saying I kind of hesitated to do this review cuz I really like Chick-fil-A but this is getting ridiculous at this point. This is my third time to this location specifically requesting for my nuggets to be made to order AKA hot out the fryer and I received my nuggets cold. It is starting to get ridiculous at this point. Needless to say I won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon. Otherwise, typically great service and typically don’t have any issues with many Chick-fil-Ass, but this one particularly location it seems like they’re not understanding when someone asks for something made fresh or hot out the fryer. Especially after the customer tells you they don’t mind the wait. Take your time. I’m not in a rush. Clearly, typically when a customer tells you that means they’re not in any particular Rush. They want. Their food made a specific way so honor that request.

Everything about this place is amazing. Super friendly staff, clean atmosphere, bathrooms were super clean and well-made Chick-fil-A. Mr. James is super friendly! He was constantly checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. He deserves a raise! Incredible guy.

I love visiting Chick-fil-A locations across the country, but this one is hands down my favorite. The team as a whole is fantastic, and Mr. James made my experience truly one of a kind. His hospitality and attention to detail were above and beyond. You can tell he genuinely cares about people—he brings warmth, professionalism, and a personal touch that sets him apart. Mr. James is a cut above the rest, and this location is lucky to have him. I’ll definitely be back!
